An amazing place to start your memories of Cape Cod for years to come… This “Four Square” 1910 vintage Woods Hole home has been renovated in 2006 with fresh paint, gleaming hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliance and granite counter top in the kitchen. All bathrooms have been redone with new fixtures, one has a claw tub! The style is comfortable contemporary with furnishings from Pottery Barn, fixtures from Restoration Hardware. The charming home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a cozy breakfast banquette in the kitchen for those quiet mornings, a formal dining room for dinner parties with views to the garden, and a living room with fireplace and a flat screen TV with DVD. The house can sleep up to 9 people comfortably. There are two sundecks and a two car garage with parking for two additional cars in the driveway. $5,500 rate for week of 8/11 Also, please note that if the house is not properly cleaned upon departure, there will be a cleaning charge of $185, taken from your security deposit. The Owner Says ... "Walk to the village for your morning coffee, or to the beach, or to restaurants, or the ferry, or the aquarium... There is also an IPod docking station in the house, so you can listen to your favorite tunes! "
