| I've been summer renting in Sandwich 20+ years, mostly on this beach and also North Shore, mostly through Beach Realty, and this house is definitely a favorite. The location is on a single row of cottages which makes the beach very private and very quiet which gives us the New England experience we are looking for. The house is so beautifully equipped and the views are outstanding. The master is tucked away from the other bedrooms which is nice and then there is another room for my teenage daughter, and then 3 kids occupy the loft. We were all very comfortable and happy at this cottage with all the amenities, décor, location, exceptionally stocked kitchen, cleanliness, and the list goes on. The beach I must say is rocky, but there is a sandbar every day (you just need to keep an eye out for it!) and so we did our swimming and barefoot running around there. (I’ve stayed on less rocky areas of this beach for a little more money, but then compromised the privacy – so a bit of a trade off). Beach Realty has also always been wonderful to work with - always very helpful and friendly. Great place to rent and highly recommended!! |

| Love the location ... Sandcastle is nestled between cape cod bay (private beach) and a tidal marsh. Very quiet/dead end street; once you're there you won't want to leave. House is decorated "surfer style" with lots of cool beachy touches. Very clean with every amenity that you could ask for. Decks on both sides of the house(one has beach views, the other sunsets over the marsh). All the ingredients for a relaxing vacation! |

we have been renting for 10 years from beach realty and they are great. deb gabes is our realtor and she is the best except she blew us off coming over for a sunset martini.
we have three kid all under 12 and mom and dad can sit on the deck over looking the atlantic and watch the kids on the beach. at night we had camp fires on the beach.
mom and dad had alot of fun when the kids were asleep early because sun and surf.
this place is heaven |

| Cottage sits a bit closer to the water than it's neighbors making for the great view. It is nicely set up with alot of extra conveniences. well equipped kitchen. comfortable beds. We loved it. |

Great beach house. Very nicely furnished. I had the
feeling that the owners used it themselves, and it
wasn't strictly a rental. All the furniture and
features were in great condition and very
comfortable. The house had all the amenities -
dishwasher, laundry, etc. The house has a nice open
floor plan. Great large deck with a nice gas grill.
The location was terrific and the views were
fabulous. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are
needed. |
