Above Water is a charming 3 bedroom, lakeside cottage located just 5 miles from Hammondsport. The family cooks will enjoy the well stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The first floor offers one full bath and laundry room, and a large living/dining area overlooking the lake. A 42” big screen TV and plenty of comfortable sectional seating including four recliners and sleeper make the living room a great family gathering area. The dining table seats eight and there is bar seating for three. Walk out to a 12’x14’ deck overlooking the lake with quality patio furniture and a (brand new in 2006) Webber gas grill. Morning sun lightly sprinkles the deck, and evening offers a picture perfect view of the sunset over the lake.The second floor features three bedrooms (two of which overlook the lake and the third has a view of the lake), and one full bath. A water conditioning and UV purification system serves the whole house so you will enjoy pure, clean, soft water. Hot water baseboard heat will keep you comfortable for a visit any time of year. This property is located on a secluded road off the main road and offers excellent conditions for an early morning or after dinner walk with breathtaking lake views. Fifty feet of private lakefront await you, as well as (brand new in 2006) a 1,000 square foot permanent dock with boat whips for your boat and a canoe and rowboat to enjoy paddling on Keuka Lake’s beautiful, flat water. This property allows dogs, so you won't be forced to leave your best friend at home!
