Relax and enjoy the lake at Azure Waters! Enter through the front door of the home into the open living area. A wall of sliding glass doors and windows provides a panoramic view. To the left of the living area is the dining room, with seating for four. A fully equipped kitchen, with open views of the living area, dining room and lake is located to the rear of the home. A separate entrance from the kitchen takes you to the wraparound deck. Also located on the main floor is a full bathroom with shower stall.A stairway off the living room takes you to four bedrooms and a half bathroom. Immediately to the right at the top of the stairs is the first bedroom with a set of bunk beds. The next bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and television offers grand lake views. Centrally located in the hallway is a bright half bathroom. Another lake view bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan is located next to the half bathroom, and next to that is the fourth bedroom with two single beds.Two levels of outdoor living are available to provide areas for dining and relaxing in either sun or shade. The large upper deck offers a dining table for 4, as well as a separate seating area. Dining space for 6 is available on the shaded lower porch, which is just 8 stairs up from the level grassy lawn.The historic town of Penn Yan is only 1.5 miles away. Here you will find a movie theater, dining, shopping, museums, and plenty of family activities such as a go-kart track. Just a short drive south on Rte 14A is the famous Windmill Farm and Craft Market, open every Saturday. On the way, you’ll want to stop for some ice cream and miniature golf. Planning on doing some wine tours? Azure Waters is the perfect place to start, as Keuka Spring Winery is just 1.5 miles south.
