| This loft didn't provide a lot of personal privacy, but we were three women on "retreat" and all about hanging out together, so it was perfect for us. We liked the feel and the decor. Everything for a comfy stay was at hand and Carolina Mornings made this work for us, even with a late registration. Excellent service. We parked the car in the free space and left it. Walked everywhere from this very convenient location. We would definitely use this service and stay at this loft again. |

| Centrally located in downtown Asheville, easy walk to restaurants and sites. The kitchen was well equipped if you felt the need to cook but with so many dining experiences Asheville has to offer the kitchen got little use. The beds were comfortable and noise was minimal. We plan to visit again, soon. |

| We had a great time in the condo...awesome location and great accomodations. Our only two issues were: parking spots were hard to find and the floors creak like crazy (didn't notice that until we were trying to sleep). Overall, we had a great time and loved the loft. |

| A ridiculously great location in downtown. A beautiful space with plenty of room for a larger group (as long as no one requires too much privacy - it's an open floor plan). We did find it lacking in a few ways. Random odds and ends left laying around in the kitchen (a french press coffee pot - without the press), a squirt bottle with unknown contents, giant plastic bag of bedding left out in the room, etc. So a little disappointing in the details, but overall a great experience. |

Location, location, location.... It was right in the center of the city, easy walking distance to everything. Nothing too fancy, but clean and neat. The parking spot out back was not entirely convenient, but it worked. We will stay here again when visiting Asheville. K Moore, Elmira, NY

The loft is very spacious and was nicely equipped. We very much enjoyed hanging out of the front windows watching the traffic on Broadway. It was a fun space to dance and play in. And we liked that we could walk to everything.
There is an art gallery below the loft, a yoga studio to one side and a gift shop to the other side. There was not any noise problem from the streets at night.
The floors are extremely creaky throughout and it is just a big open space so it is difficult to sleep when others are walking around. This was a problem because with several people making at least one trip to the bathroom during the night, none of us ever got a solid night's sleep.
The parking space is behind the loft in an alley. It fits two cars but you have to park and then walk halfway around the block to get into the loft. Still, it was nice to have a free place to put the cars on Saturday.
I would recommend the space to people who are not too privacy conscious. |

| This is a great place! I stayed at the Loft for a girl's weekend in August and then brought my family back in the fall. We have 2 boys (14 and 11) and the spaciousness allowed us to spread out, rather than be so cramped in a hotel room. Location is fabulous! Art, shopping, and exceptional restaurants are all around. Our boys walked up to the Mellow Mushroom for dinner by themselves an felt very urban. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is new and well equipped. Wireless internet access was a hit for those of us with laptops. The only downside: floors are wonderfully old and creaky so if someone has to get up in the night to use the bathroom or get water, light sleepers may be affected. |

| My best friends and I spent four wonderful days at the downtown loft. It was cozy, warm and was in a great location. We parked the car and walked everywhere we went. It was a beautiful time of year (OCT) in Asheville. The Loft had all the amenities of home and more. I would definetly recommend it. We are planning another girls trip to the loft next year. We didn't bring a pet but the loft as well as the whole city was pet friendly. There were plenty of resturants and pubs within an easy walk. What a wonderful place! |

Cool downtown loft |

I go to Asheville every once in awhile for business and pleasure so I've spent time in many different hotels in the area. For my most recent trip, I was going to be there for the whole week so I decided why not rent an apartment downtown and get to know the city I've been spending time in. I think I made a great choice by choosing this loft.
The front door of the loft is right off one of the main downtown streets which puts you in the middle of the action. If you want peace and quiet, this is probably not the place for you, especially on the weekends. But everything downtown is within close walking distance to this loft.
I stayed there by myself and I had plenty of space. It's one big room so it's not great for privacy if you have more than one person. The place was comfortably furnished and was well-stocked so I felt comfortable right away. There is a nice view of the city from the kitchen window. The hardwood floors looked nice but creaked loudly whenever I walked on them. I got used to that though by the end of the week.
I'd definitely recommend this place to people who don't mind the hustle and bustle of downtown and are just looking for a cool place to stay at when visiting Asheville. |

Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and any other downtown

environment. I would definitely stay here again. My only
complaint was somebody took the assigned parking space one
day. |

| The loft is only a few blocks away from anything you might want to do in downtown Asheville. Having a parking place that is dedicated to the loft makes for real peace of mind. In addition, the loft itself is roomy (more so than the pictures indicated), clean and well laid-out. All of the listed amenities were there as well as brochures and listings of local sites. A great place to say if you want to eat and shop. |

The loft is conveniently located downtown, within walking distance to everything possibly needed; internet cafe, health food store, yoga, restaurants, coffee shops. The space was perfect for us (we were two travlers). The noise at night can get loud and the guest parking needs a better explanation. I would recommend this clean, well stocked kitchen, great comfortable beds and easy to manage loft and would return again.

| Leave your car parked and walk to everything from this loft. This is a great spot in the middle of it all. Comfortable, clean and affordable. The loft "sleeps six", but we found it more suited to a couple. If you have a group, you may want more privacy... and an extra bathroom. It's very spacious, but some folks might like walls. We'd definitely rent it again. |

This is perfect for couples or families looking for a piece of the beautiful mountains in an urban scene. The loft's door is literally between two store-fronts on a main street in downtown Asheville.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there -- we enjoyed walking and browsing through all the shops, eating at great local restaurants, and breathing in that great mountain air!
The loft itself feels homey and has everything you could possibly need -- two huge beds, fully supplied kitchen and bathroom, TV/DVD/Radio, board games, etc. The floors are all dark, creaky hardwood, and the decoration is just awesome. There are windows on each side of the building to see the city streets.
I could go on and on, but just know that this is a perfect place to be right in the middle of the action or just relax and stay in bed all day -- whatever you want! |

My daughter, grandaughter, & I stayed at The Loft in Feb. and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately we all came down with the flu right before arriving in Asheville. We found that if you have to be sick on your vacation, this was the best place to be--we were warm, comfortable & felt so at home. We were able to make chicken soup for ourselves, lay in comfy beds, read & watch TV, and in no time we were feeling better and exploring our beloved downtown Asheville.
Hard to imagine that a loft area could be so large, yet homey. The bathroom was very nice & large, the kitchen better than ours at home, and so bright & sunny in the afternoon. Sooo much more room than a hotel, and quieter too. We'll be back, for sure. |
