Heaven On Earth With All Our Friends |

We loved the unit. It was nicely decorated and very clean and smelled wonderful when we got there, not just clean but like lovely candles and beach air.
The only negative was that there was no ice maker in the unit, which we depend on heavily. The husbands walked many trips across the road to stock our freezer. I wish the description had mentioned the the wine fridge was in place of the ice maker.
The pools were great and the Adagio staff was wonderful. They take great care in the property and often stopped to chat with us to see how we liked everything that the Adagio had to offer and ask us where we were from. They took pride in working at such a beautiful property. The white sand beaches are the best in the US. Pure heaven!
Overall the vacation property was great! We had a joyful time with all our friends who joined us on our vacation. For the last 3 years and all the years to come, our October vacation has and will be spent at the Adagio! |

Lack of enforcement of property rules by management |

| We were unable to enjoy the porch or the property due to really obnoxious neighbors (smoking on the porches beside us and above us, partying all night, drinking, all creating an environment that we did not wish to have our children and family exposed to. Every night there were fireworks on the beach, also against the rules. We have stayed at the property for 4 summers and each year it is worse. We will look for a new property next year. We have spent our family vacation in the area every year for over 25 years. This year was by far the most disappointing. We had no issues with the unit itself, except that it was so dirty when we checked in that we had to clean it before we would even unpack (food under the furniture, sand in the sofas and pillows, etc.) |

| We had a GREAT time. There were 19 of us in side-by-side condos and it worked out beautifully. No complaints whatsoever. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The freezer in this unit did break, but they had it repaired the same day. We will be back! |

| This was a wonderful rental property. The location was perfect. Easy access to the room from the gulf side pool and an absolutely marvious view of the ocean. Ours was a family trip including ages 16 to 65 and everyone had a wonderful time. The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. My only suggestion is to bring toliet paper with you....you are allowed only one role per bathroom and that doesn't last an entire week when you have 8 individuals. |

| This was a great unit - beautifully furnished, beautiful views, convenient to everything we needed for a great week. This was the first vacation we have taken with the entire family, and this unit was perfect - plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to have meals there, and there are plenty of chairs for dining outside. This was great for us because the adults could eat while the kids swam in the gulf front pool right in front of our patio. We will definitely stay here again. |

Great place. Great set up, lots of room. TV was great to watch games on. Even though the weather was cold are vacation was not. Can't wait until next year!
Not southern resort or place complaint but the Adagio needs to do a better job regulating the kids that seem to run the place. In the pools, hot tubs, fitness rooms, where are their parents??? |

| We all were very pleased to find the rental condo at Adagio 102B so lovely. One could tell that the new owners have taken much thought in the decorating, and the newly painted interior makes everything so bright and clean. The kitchen itself is wonderful, and besides enjoying the ocean view from it is very well supplied with everything one would need and then some. We were delighted to be surrounded by such handsome art, charming furnishings, comfortable mattresses, and all enjoyed the huge flat screen TV in the living room. Being on the first floor and so close to the pool is a real plus. We'll surely recommend it to our friends, and can't wait to return. |

| We have been coming to the panhandle as a family for about 20 years and this is the first time that we sayed on Blue Mt Beach. We loved the beasch and the condo's proximity to the beach and thwe pool. We did find this particular unit sparsley furnished for the price. It wasw ok but could have and should have been so much more.Actually this the only rental we have ever stayed at that did not have a single paper back book, game or even a deck of cards. The kitchen could have used a few more containers etc. All and all it was nice and we would recommend it to a group that has a large family. Itworked well for our three families and 5 children undaer 5. |

| The location for Adagio was great. We went just after peak, so we got a great rate, and then were also upgraded proactively by Southern Resorts, which was great. We would definetly go again. In the unit, I would say that the furniture was sub-par even to other multi-use rentals I have stayed before. The amenenties provided by the cleaning service were probably the worst I have ever experienced in my travels. If offered a high quality amenenties service, I would gladly pay, rather than have horrible or non-existent items. We also had a realtor call and visit during our stay, even though we were given a credit, I had to call and request it, and it was still only $25. Even though the actual time they were there was short, just planning a vacation day with 2 little kids is hard and stressful. Overall, would recommend, and it lived up to our initial recommendation. |
