| This is a fabulous vacation home. We had our family reunion and enjoyed the gorgeous setting. The furniture is elegant casual and the kitchen is ideal for a goup retreat. The owners stocked it with all the items that we needed during our stay. This is a 10+ experience. I recommend Be-Still and Know to anyone thinking of renting on the Emerald Coast. Southern Resorts gets and A+ also. |

We absolutely loved the home. The best vacation ever. Loved the keyless entry
and the bedroom and washer down on the first floor. Lots of family time spent
in the living area, this was very special to us.
The showers were somewhat clean. Like a quick go over. There was alot of
mildew and black scum in the master bathroom. Lots of dirty marks on the
walls and blood smeared on the door that is locked in the garage.
The kitchen is beautiful. It was not stocked appropriately. The knives were
very very dull. There weren't enough pans. Would have loved a 9x13 pan. |

WE WERE 5 COUPLES STAYING AT THIS VACATION HOME. IT WAS VERY SPACIOUS WERE WE COULD ALL INTERACT TOGETHER. WE ENJOYED HANGING OUT ON THE BALCONY LOOKING OUT OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO AND WATCHING BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES AND SUNSETS. WE OFTEN COOKED OUT ON THE BALCONY. IT WAS VERY QUIET AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. THIS IS THE TIME TO BE AT THE BEACH IF YOU RATHER NOT BRING KIDS. WE WOULD CONSIDER STAYING HERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR IF WE CAN GET A GOOD RATE AGAIN.

Beautiful Beach House |

We spent labor day week at this beautiful beach house. The location and home exceeded our expectations. This was a reunion of college friends and our families for a total of 6 adults and 5 teenagers. We stayed here for 6 days, and everyone had a great time. We usually rent a house for this annual trip and this was the nicest by far.
With the impending landfall of Hurricane Gustov, the weather was rainy for a few days, but the house was so large that no one got cabin fever. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The view of the beach was amazing from three levels. The large covered porches were great places to enjoy the beach without getting sunburned.

We have stayed at this wonderful property for two years and everyone loved it. There were some minor problems, but Southern Resorts took care of those promptly. The view is beautiful and Vizcaya is a wonderful gated community. We alsways go to this area in October when it is a less bit hectic and the beaches are not crowded; almost like being on you own little part of the coast.
The sunsets are absolutely wonderful and breath taking.
The house itself well suits 4 couples; the kitchen is great to cook in and the living area spacious. One thing would be real nice and that would be to make the elevator available to older folks as the 3 flights of stairs can get pretty exhausting when bringing groceries in. |

Spent a wonderful week with friends in Be Still and Know. The view and beach location were as excellant as described on line As usual, we were nervous on arrival, afraid we had recieved false info but all was well represented.
The kitchen wasn't stocked as well as should have been with cooking utensils or baking dishes as we ate in each night and took turns between 4 couples cooking. We also were told to expect complimentary beach chairs which was not true. We had to pay and never could get a return call from rental office helping us to resolve this problem.We also didn't get our info/welcome packet until the 4th day. |

We love staying at this property. Our family has stayed here for 2 summer vacations. Unfortunately we are about to outgrow the house.
It would be really nice if the top floor had window coverings so that we could use it as a bedroom. The master bedroom has very light window covering and we wake up much too early. Blackout shades would be most welcome.
We did have a bit of a problem with the pulls on the kitchen cabinets and drawers. We keep getting stuck by them. They look nice but they are hard to use.
We have a little trouble using the grill on the porch. The wind makes it difficult. It needs to be on the parking lot side somehow.
Once again it is a beautiful and comfortable home!!!! |

Location was great. House layed out nicely. Not much noise in the bedrooms. Nice in such a large home. Would rent again.
The kitchen needs some work. There were NO hot pads in the kitchen to remove items from the oven. There were not enough dish towels. The starfish knobs in the kitchen were cute, but tore a pair of pants and attempted to many more times.
There are NO extra blankets in the entire house. |
