| The condo at Jade East was more beautiful than the pictures and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The views from the condo were amazing. The beach was pristine and we had great fun walking and swimming in the gulf. The condo is centrally located in Destin with easy access to great shopping and restaurants. I would recommend #810 at Jade East to anyone. Thanks for a great time. |

| Our stay at Jade East 810 was awesome! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable (even the pull-out couch) We cooked and ate most meals at the condo and everything we needed was right in the kitchen. My son was married on the beach behind Jade East and being there made everything go so smoothly. We were close to all the stores,banks etc. You could walk if need be. Staff was right there if you needed them. the best thing was the view from this condo,the big balcony and the walk in shower! Easy access to the beach and also into the condo itself (no maze to walk thru)We had a problem with a few things and Southern Resorts was right there to fix it. Thank you for an awesome place and memories to last a lifetime. |

| This place was awesome! 810 was one of the nicest rooms i have ever stayed in down in Destin. I have been coming for over 10 years and it was by far the best place we have stayed. The pool and hot tub were ok but we loved the beach access being so close. Jade East is in the middle of everything as well. We will come back to Jade east for many years to come. What a nice place to take your family. We also met so many different people and left with new friends. |

| We enjoyed our stay very much. There 9 of us and we had a comfortable stay. The view was incredible and it was nice to only walk a few yards to get to the ocean. The security was top notch. Would stay here again! |

| We enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. You are close to whatever you want to do. The beach is not a long walk away from the condo. It is an older condo, but everything was very nice. |

| We stayed in this property in July of 2008. Everything about it was great! Very convenient to all the attractions and shopping. The views are stunning. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the furniture is very comfortable. The pool area is one of the nicest I have seen. Easy access from the condo to the beach area. I would definitely stay in this unit again. |
