| Our stay at the Lupine was definitely a memorable one. We enjoyed this spacious and beautiful beach house for 3 nights. We wish our stay could have been longer. We had plenty of room in this house for all 9 of us to have our own space. We especially loved the kitchen with the wonderful Viking appliances. We enjoyed gathering on the porch with the gorgeous gulf views. It was just steps down to the beach. Just Perfect!! |

Our family and our friends had a wonderful week at the Lupine House.
The service was prompt and courteous when we needed something.
The home is laid out great for a vacation home and was very comfortable to
live in for the week. The only complaint we had was its proximity to the public
beach. The beach was crowed at times, especially during the 4th of July week.
We were told that no one really used that public beach access.
Loved the wrap around porches!
Location is great! Neighbors were friendly. Its a lovely place to spend a week
with loved ones!!

| Our Children and their families always try to take a week out of our busy schedules and go to the beach for a week . By far Lupine was the most comfortable house we have found on the beach in the last 4 years that we have been going. It is beautifully decorated,spacious enough to spread out for a family of 10. Southern Resorts was very accomadating with any thing we requested. The least favorite thing was it being next to the public beach access which made the beach a little more crowded in the Blue Mt. Beach area.The postives out weigh the negatives for sure. |

| Lupine is by far one of the most spectacular beach homes I have ever visited. Secluded, spacious, gracious and welcoming, each room has its' own unique touch, making each guest feel that "their" bedroom or bath is the best! All beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for a large group. The balcony views are unlimited (bring binoculars)and dolphins and pelicans are frequent sights. The beach below Lupine is beautiful and perfect for sandcastle building on a grand scale. My family and I loved this house and hope to return frequently. |

Loved this house and the location. I really liked how the third floor was big enough for an entire family. You could easily have two families plus grandparents in this house. Close to restaurants, Grayton and Seaside. I will consider this house again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and we loved the location - it is so close to everything. The home had all the ammenities you can ask for and we enjoyed it very much. I would love to have the closet space in my own home!
One thought for others that rent it - is that to get to the beach, you must be able to climb a series of steps. The home sets up high, which makes for amazing views (including watching pods of dolphins), but it is not made for people who have trouble climbing. This did not inhibit our enjoyment, but could if this were an issue.
We would definitely recommend to others (and I have)! |
