| We rented Ocean Villa #501. We had a great experience. The condo was very clean and well equipped. I liked that it was and end unit. I liked the keyless entry, I didn't have to keep up with a key or card. I really like the location it was central to all the places we like to go and like to dine. The pool area was great and the pool was the perfect temperature, I have stayed places before in September and the pool was too cold to get in. I really can't think of anything that I didn't like except the 2nd floor lobby had an odor to it, so I just didn't get on and off the elevator on the 2 nd floor. Also the shower at the pool area did not work, or the shower coming off the beach did not work. It would have been a lot easier to rinse the sand off. |

This has been the best expericene I think I have ever had renting a condo. We arrived eariler than expected and we were able to go ahead and check in to the condo without having to wait on the 4 pm check in time with was wonderful since I have a 3 year old. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful and friendly to us and they were out daily cleaning the pools, hot tubs, saunas. The location is perfect. You are within 1/2 mile of walmart, 4 miles from pier park, and all kinds of good resturants are within 2 miles. I will defintly be back. Thank you Southern Resorts and Dave and Ann. We love your condo.

| I don't recall receving any service other than what we pay for the three nights stay,we did not see anyone while we were there. But the home was very lovely, very nice place to stay right on the beach, two pools and a hot tub that was not working while we was their,but that was o.k.The room had everything you needed, the only thing is the washtowels,they only left 3 their was 3 of us so we had to be washing out washcloths everyday, more than once need to be left more than 3, just got back from a overnight stay from a motel they left twice than that for one night, other than that everything else was every nice , I would stay there again. |

| Southern Resorts were very helpful. Our parking passes were not in the room, they brought them to us. We were missing a piece to the bed, and they brought it to us. The room was beautiful and the beach was amazing. Our child found it fun to work the puzzels that were provided by the owners. We will want to come back next year! |

| Right from the start we loved the condo at Ocean Villa. The unit was clean and new. The complex itself was always clean and nice. There were maintenence men always on duty~ cleaning the pool, checking for wristbands, etc. The only issues we had were- the vacuum cleaner didn't work and the dishwasher wasn't fully installed into the cabinet. Every time we opened the dishwasher, it almost came out of the cabinet. Ocean Villas is in a central location, right near Wal-Mart and Thomas Dr. We would recommed staying there to anyone and can't wait to go back ourselves. |

| We were very pleased with the condo. The lady we met from Southern Resorts was very helpful and nice. We had stayed in this building before but on a higher level. Being on the 5th floor was really nice. Not to low, not to high. We hope to visit again soon. |

| The view and complex were great, loved the big patio. We did have some issues with our unit and getting them taken care of. Our master bedroom patio door would not open so I called within 10 min. of getting there. We were told that the entire complex had that problem and the doors just needed to be replaced (the complex is less than 2 yrs. old). This was apparently not the case since it was myseriosly open when we returned to our unit the day before we were to leave. We missed out on several nights of fresh breezes and ocean sounds. Our bedspread was also soiled and was replaced the next evening. Our king bed was also very soft and seemed to dip in the middle. The entire unit was not cleaned very well. Only two stove burners worked and the overhead microwave light was burned out. We were also assured that the indoor/outdoor pool would be heated...it was not. We received a $60 credit for that. It was unfortunate that our children could not swim since this was one of the things we listed as a priority when searching for a place to stay. |

Great location with plenty to do,much within walking distance.The pool area was a gret view of the beach,if you want to swim out of the sun part of the pool is indoors.
Nice diner across street,as well as a good margarita store.

| Beautiful, spacious condo. Wonderful balcony and view. During the first half of our stay the hot tub was not working. We thought there was internet in the condo, but discovered that the only way to connect was wireless and a subscription purchase was required. We really enjoyed our stay and liked the proximity to restraunts and activities for our three children. The accomodations and building were very clean and employees were helpful. |

| Great central location, good size, very nice large balcony with great views. Property needed a little more maintenance but things were being repaired while we were there (noisy doors, outside grills, no heat in jacuzzi pool,etc.). Condo was furnished nicely and clean except the large return vent in living room was very dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned off. Had to do it myself because I couldn't stand to look at it every time I walked by. Still all in all it was a great condo for the price and much lower than comparable properties. |
