A True Family Vacation |

I had already sent a thank you to Southern Resorts and the owner of Sealoft #204, however, am happy to share that my family of 9 had a wonderful vacation in part because of the comfort of our "vacation home". The beauty of the white sands and blue water was only rivaled by having the almost private beach that Sealoft #204 gave us. Southern Resorts handled our small problems upon arriving and sent maintenance out immediately when we experienced an air conditioning problem. So, once again, thanks to all.

| Very clean and updated townhome - right on the beach. The only recommendation I would have is to place a king bed in the master. The queen size is a little small. |

We have stayed at the Pelican Beach Resort the last five years. We decided to find a condo this year and I am so glad we did. The place was very spacious and clean. We loved being right on the beach. It was exactly what our family was looking for. I was very pleased and I am planning on renting this property again this summer. Thanks again.

The location of this condo was great by being right on the beach and a very short ride from local attractions. The accommodations were more than adequate for the 6 of us staying there. The front screened porch was a great place for us to hang out in the morning and in the evening. The pictures posted online highly reflected the actual condo which is always something you worry about when booking online. Southern Resorts Rental was easy to work with and the process was very seamless.
The beach was nice, but the jelly fish were really bad while we were there which limited our water activities. The crab shack down the road within walking distance was a good local spot. We went fishing one day using one of the charters in Destin Harbor and we caught more fish than we could eat. There are plenty of activities in the area for people interested.
Overall this was a great vacation. I would recommend the Sealoft 204 to anyone looking for a beach location that is both affordable and accommodating. |

| This was the most wonderful experience a family could ask for. We were right on the beach in a beautiful home that offered anything a person could dream of. We were within a few miles of any grocery store, resturant, gas station, etc. and we were secluded enough to have time to ourselves. Even the neighbors were fabulous and we all enjoyed spending time together - I'd highly recommend you guys to anyone and we look forward to many more vacations with you! What a wonderful place - thank you for your hospitality! |

| This property was amazing! I needed to find the perfect place to get married. We found it here. The view is awesome and Destin is the most awesome place to stay. Everything was just perfect.. clean, peaceful, spacious. And the beach basically right out you door.. What more could you ask for? We got married right outside of the Sealoft and it was amazing. I could not have chosen a better place to start the rest of my life with my New Last Name. The only issue we had was that the hot water would not last long enough to fill the jacuzzi tub. It would have been nice but not a biggie for us. We enjoyed everything else. =) |

| me and my wife just loved the sealoft. it was wander full. it really did feel like home to us. everything was so clean and in order. plenty of towels, and even a washer and dryer in the condo!. there is three different private balconies of which all the views they have to offer is just beautiful. it was walking distance from the crap trap (which is a terrific place to eat) i would absolutely love to stay at the sea loft again. the only downfalls that my wife and i did not like was there was no pool and the parking lot was gravel. but for all the pluses about the condo who can complain? i hope whoever reads this should help them make their decision on if they are going to get the sealoft. enjoy |

| We've been vacationing in Destine every June for 12 years. NEVER have we gone wrong with "Southern Resorts". I recommend them to everyone. Sealoft#204 will be our summer vacation home as long as it stands. My teenagers love the loft along with their friends that join us. THE most beautiful Beach and surroundings. We'll see you this summer!!!! |
