We stayed in this condo three years again and came back again because we enjoyed it so much the 1st time. The first floor location is great. No elevators/stairs to deal with which is great in dealing with children and luggage. The condo accommodated our family of seven comfortably. We were right across from the pool so our older children could play while we stayed by smaller, napping children in condo. Nicely furnsihed. All the convenieces of home. My only complaint was the swimming pool was supposed to be heated and be about 10 degrees above air temp. The pool was not close to being between 80-90 degrees which was disappointing. We would come back and stay again.

We arrived in Florida for our Fall Break on October 19 2009. After a very cold and rainy few weeks in Tennessee, we were ready for some sun and warmth. The condo at Waters Edge was just what we were looking for. My husband and I (mid 40's) arrived with our neice 29, our son 17, and two of our granddaughters 10 and 7. We had planned on doing nothing but just relaxing and enjoying the beach and pool, and we did just that. The condo was so lovely decorated and had everything we needed. Just across the bridge was a grocery store and we loaded the kitchen with food and snacks. It was so nice to be able to sit just outside on the patio and eat and watch the kids swim in the pool. The condo was beautiful. The location was also beautiful. The only negative thing I can say about this place was that I was surprised and a little put off that things like toilet paper, garbage bags,and mony other basic items were not supplied. I expected the basics.... I guess I should not have. More...

The condo complex was very neat and clean, the condo that we stayed in was excellent. Very convenient to the pool and beach since it was on the first floor. The beds were extremely comfortable. Had a problem in the bathroom one day and they came and fixed it right away. The beach on Okaloosa is beautiful white sand and beautiful water. The water was calm when we stayed so it almost was like the Caribbean waters very clear and beautiful blue. Nice that we could get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that were included in our renters cost for the week, very convenient. We would have liked if the pool was open later since we were on vacation and they would close it at exactly 10:00 no exceptions. The condo manager was kind of annoying watching over everything that our group did, but also helpful when we had a beach party getting us a large table. Also the pool guy in the evening would just stand on the boardwalk and watch us which was annoying also, after all we were just adults having a good time on vacation and we rented a bunch of condo from you More...

Loved the condo was right by the pool and the condo was soooo nice and decorated sooo nice esp the master bedroom area! Loved it would love to come back again! A+ More...
