Sleeps 10 with 3 queens, 2 twins, and 1 queen sleep sofa. The upper level has a large great room with a full bath and the lower [above ground] level has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a deck on each level with a charcoal grill. Appalachian Dream is the perfect year round vacation getaway. Parking for 2 cars. NO SMOKING! NO PETS!

| Appalachian Dream is a wonderful place for a family who need space and comfort without the frills. We have always found it to be comfortable, well furnished and in good repair. We enjoyed the ample parking, the outside yard and grill. The bedroom and bathroom plans give plenty of space for families with grown children to vacation and enjoy time together. The location is good to enjoy both the area without having to travel long distances. |

| The house was very nice, clean, and affordable. We had 3 seperate families staying there and there was enough room for our luggage, enough bathrooms for everyone, and enough living room space for all of us to gather in fellowship. We had no complaints about the house and may choose to stay there again in the future. |

| My family came from all over the nation, and for 1 week, we snuggled in a cabin that met the needs of 12 people. It was a time of laughter, laziness and love. By the fire, we related events in our lives, those we love had missed, and made plans to come together once a year to keep that precious connection. Everyone was delighted to meet the 3 week old newest member of our family, while we discussed an upcoming wedding where we would all meet again. A cabin in the woods, golden leaves and the icing on the cake, a beautiful snowfall. Life just doesn't get any better than that! |
