The fully equipped kitchen has a table, gas fireplace, and lots of countertop space. Dining room has 10 top table, gas fireplace and an organ. The two living rooms also have gas fireplaces, TVs w/ extended cable, VCR/DVD, and a piano. [Sleeps 12 with 2 kings and 8 twins.] Downstairs has one bedroom with 2 twins. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: 1st has king bed; 2nd is a “Boys Room" with 2 twins and 1 king; 3rd is a "Girls Room" with 4 twins. Paved parking for 4-5. NO SMOKING OR PETS! Our son was getting married at Crestview Inn and we needed a home that was large enough for us and all of the groomsmen and we found that in Craig Cottage. The home was large enough that we never felt crowded and the grounds were just wonderful for entertaining. One of the reasons that we decided on the Craig Cottage was knowing that we wanted to be close to everything and needed plenty of parking, since everyone was driving in from different areas. We have come to Blowing Rock several times since that wedding week and everytime we go by the Craig Cottage it makes us smile with wonderful memories. |

| I'm the first to say I love old houses. The landscaping is lovely, and my children could not get enough of the BIG rolling backyard. They loved cooking smores and catching butterflies! The house is also decorated with great photos and history. However, I had a diffcult time with the kitchen. For the price, I think the kitchen should be more up to date. Great space for family reunions. |
