We have stayed in this house previously and loved it the first time. It has been a couple years since our first visit and the house was still a fantastic place to stay. 3301 Marlette Circle is clean, well decorated, updated, and fairly large. It is a short drive to Camp Richardson and stateline.
There were a couple floor plan chages we would reccommend. There is only one entrance to the backyard and that is through a bedroom. For families with children it makes going to use the hot tub or deck space difficult if a child id sleeping. I would love to be able to enter the back yard either from upstairs with an added balcony leading to the patio, or else through the side yard. Another way to access the patio is needed. This will eliminate wet carpet in the bedroom from hot tub users passing through, as well as making all areas easy to use. When we are on vacation we all want things less stressful and uncomplicated.
Overall, 3301 Marlette Circle is a fantastic rental property in a great location! We definitely want to stay again. More...

I've never written a review in my life but we had such a great time here in this
comfortable and cozy home that i wanted to share it with those who are
undecided of where to stay. The bedrooms were very well kept and clean with
very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed from measuring
cups to pots and pans. The location was great to everything, Safeway, casinos,
restaurants, boating rentals. The only thing that we didn't like was that there
was no air conditioning in the property although the downstairs was a lot
cooler. There were 2 other couples that stayed with us here and they also give

Nice house with up to date ammenities.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful inside and out, sleeps six adults very comfortably, and was very well equipped. Okay, could have used hand towels and Kleenex, but I'm used to having to bring all my kitchen gear and such. At 3301M, all I needed was my espresso machine. This house shows pride of ownership, no question. Three blocks from our friends' cabin, 20 minutes walk from the lake, and 15 minutes to Safeway and fireworks viewing. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in very nice condition and plenty of room. The only suggestion I have is to supply more towels. We had one towel per person (7 people) to last all 3 days we were there. either you have to bring your own towels or wash all the time.
