| This house haed a major leak form the master bath to the bedroom below and that room smelled greatly of mold. Based upon the condition of the baseboards in the master bath and the ceiling in the bedroom below this had been an ongoing issue and there is no way we were the first tennants to report this. It was disappointing to me that this issue had not been resolved and the house continued to be offered for rent. |
