Sleeps 13-15 with 1 queen [master on main level], 2 doubles and 9 twins. [Upstairs has 2 twins in bedroom; 1 double and 2 twins in loft. Downstairs has 2 twins in first bedroom, 1 double in second, 3 twins in third.] NO SMOKING OR PETS! Gravel access with parking for 3 cars. Need four-wheel drive in winter.
