Enjoy the spacious deck with lovely view, relax by the fire, or take a soak in one of two jetted tubs. There's even a foosball game table in the loft. Sleeps 10-12. Master bedroom on main floor has 1 queen. Downstairs floor has 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in each, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 doubles. Upstairs loft has 2 twin roll out mats. Located in secluded area with hiking trails & waterfalls [4 miles down Hwy. 321 off Headwaters Road in the Blackberry area]. Parking for 3-4. NO SMOKING, OUTSIDE FIRES, OR RIDING ATV'S IN THE NEIGBORHOOD!!! Dogs allowed with $60.00 pet fee. May need four-wheel drive in winter. Gas grill and air-conditioning provided for your use. Nice quiet area |

| Quiet location and nice open family area. Large dining room and workable kitchen area. One HVAC unit for two floors was difficult to regulate, especially at night. One downstairs bedroom smelled of cat rine and was not usable. |

| Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. I could not find reference that you reported these issues during your stay or at departure. We would have been happy to have either rectified the problem or moved you to another home. We have attempted to locate the smell to no avail. It could have been moisture; lower levels of homes in the mountains sometimes can have a bit of a smell during times of high humidity. The heat can be adjusted by closing some vents on the main floor. In the future if there is a problem please let us know as soon as it is found so it can be addressed. If you?re in the area again please give Ollie?s Overlook another try. |

Nice home for large family |

| This is a really nice house. The view outside is beautiful however there is not much of a view from the inside. Most of the view is taken up by a large stone fireplace. The kitchen is on the small side but is well stocked. The large dining table is great for a big family or just for spreading out. The rooms are comfortable and attractive. I would stay here again. |
