In addition to a large master bedroom and bath, there is a queen bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms and sleeper sofa providing sleeping arrangements for a total of 12 guests. This community is centrally located to area attractions including theme parks, water parks, golf courses and shopping. Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are within a 30 minutes drive. Beaches on either coast are approximately an hour away. This is a wonderful home in which to spend your vacation!

| we stayed at the Hampton Lakes property in Davanport florida we loved it. It was our first family reunion we had a wonderful time staying in this house. it was very spacious and cozy,we loved stying there. The only issue we had was the tiles in the master bathroom was very cold, and you always have to remember to wear a slipper at all times. Also the carpet in the house need to be cleaned other wise everthing was perfect. |
