This beautiful two story condo is about 1/2 block to the beach. It is a new 3 bedroom, 3 bath property that will sleep 9 people. The condo has been nicely furnished and has a nice size balcony with limited bay views. The is also a small patio out the back door. The complex has a heated pool and jaccuzzi. | My family had a pleasurable week and would rent this condo again. When we called to discuss a situation we recieved an imediate response. We were able to relax and have a good time. |

| The place seemed cleaned but we found some dead roaches (the real big kind). The non stick skillet was in real bad shape and nasty. We did not use it and we really needed one. We were not able to adjust the air condtion and it was real hot upstairs at night. This would have been the perfect place if not for these few things. We still had a good time. |

| There were no wash clothes, the bedspreads smelled; as if they had never been washed. The linens in the master bedroom had hair all over them. I had to wash all the linens before we went to bed. Other than that I loved the place. |

| The property was awesome! The walk to the beach was close with a bar & grill right on the beach! The pool/hot tub was nice, but dirty most the week. The condo itself was very nice! I highly recommend to any travlers. The only problem we had was with the management staff not being very helpful to first time Padre travlers, however it as a holiday weekend. Therefore, they're due a holiday as well, I guess? Overall very nice place to stay! I would definitely come back to So. Padre Island and use the same property. |

| Great property - very clean, roomy and modern. The pool was clean. Only problem was a fellow guest had a party and took over the complex for several hours (loud music and lots of kids running around). So maybe some rule enforcement would make for a perfect stay. |
