This new condo complex is about 1/2 block to the beach. It is a small 9 unit complex with a nice pool. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. It will sleep 6 people and is close to shopping, restaurants, and the entertainment district. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO SPRING BREAKERS !

| The property was not at all what we expected. The kitchen was dirty and the coffee maker was old and looked filthy. All the pots and pans were old and we found dried up food on some of them. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked every time we got on or off or even turned on our sides. The same for the bed in the guest room. Linens looked dirty I am glad I brought my own sheets and towels. The pool was a joke. It was very small and if more than five people were in it, it was too crowded. The pool was also dirty. We were there five days and only used it once after it had been cleaned. I would not revisit this property or recommend it to anyone. We have stayed at other condos on the island before and have always been impressed until this year. |

| We were very lucky to have had this facility available for our stay. We arrived in Texas without making any lodging arrangements & were very pleased with Los Cabos being available. The facility was quiet, neat & clean - the other tennants were very nice also. One thing we would like to mention is that the beds squeek. |

| tastefukky furnished and decorated but could probably use another set or two of plates, cup, drinking gkasses - the condo sleeps up to 7 people but thtere was barely enough tableware for us 6! A dustpan with brush wiuld be helpful to pick up the sand that i had to daily sweep up withe broom I found in the closet! refrigerator was repaired while we were ther but still seemed to be leaking from the back onto the shelves and bottom trays. |

| The employees were so nice and helpful. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone. That was the best vacation my family has ever had and I know for sure we will go back we loved it!!! |
