This new condo in the Los Cabos III building is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath that will sleep a maximum of 8 people. This is a nicely decorated 2 story condo that is about 1/2 block to the beach. The complex has a nice pool and jacuzzi and you have a nice balcony off the master bedroom with limited bay views.This unit has a washer/ dryer for your convenience. LOWEST PRICE NEW 3 BEDROOM CONDO IN OUR RENTAL POOL !!!

| The only slight disappointment would be the size of the pool and with several families staying at the same time we did, it filled up fast. |

| We were very pleased with the property and it' location. The staff was very helpful and we would not hesitate to stay there again. There were a few minor maintenance problems, the biggest one being the AC unit. |

Loved the complex pool and the property service was great. We had reservations at the suntideiii, but at the last minute they told us it was closed. So padre rentals really helped us out and got us into this great unit.
Only complaint we had (besides the fact that there was still a lot of damage from the hurricane that hadn't been fixed outside the unit) is that there were ants in the complex. We didn't call the property service because we didn't want spraying done while we were in there.
Would definately stay in the unit again. |

| The kitchen could use come more microwave friendly dishes. There was an ant problem around the bar area. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!! |

| I was in desperate need for a relaxing vacation and was able to achieve that at this property. In the future, I intend to stay at this property again.The property was much larger than I anticiapted. The property had everything I could possibly ask for!! The rental accomidated all 6 adults quite well, but would also accomidate children of all ages just the same. I am looking forward to renting this property again!! I loved how convenient everything was: the beach was less than 5 minutes away (walking slowly), the store was across the street which we visited several times, many things were in walking distance. The staff were very friendly as well. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we all wanted to stay an extra day! I recommend this property for those who want to relax and get away from it all. |
