| Picking the right property at SPI was a daunting task; there were too many options. Luckily, my brother, who lives in the RGV, heard about your company through a friend. The condo was very nice, although the AC doesn't work as well upstairs. It gets quite hot up there. Aside from that, the condo is in great condition. The best part of my experience was working with the staff at South Padre Beach Houses and Condos, Inc. Whenever there was an issue, it was immediately addressed. Because of the staff, I decided that we will continue renting from your company. The staff is conscience, cordial, and always ready to take care of an issue. For example, when we informed them about the ant issue, someone immediately came to spray them. I was dumbfounded at the rapid response. I felt appreciated and respected; you have earned my continued business. Thank you for making our 1st annual family vacation a great one! |
