Surfside II #207: Good Location, Great Price |

| Overall it was a great experience. The beach is very close, and the complex has a nice pool which were very important to me. The only thing that may have been an issue was the "one parking spot" issue. That piece of information was nowhere on the description and it should be. Thankfully the management allowed us to use an unoccupied spot elsewhere on the property, but if that hadn't been available we'd have had a problem. I would make sure that info is on the property description in the future. I would also like to see a TV/DVD in the second bedroom, and the master has only a TV/VCR. An upgrade on the lamps would be nice also. I was worried they would break every time I had to turn them off/on, but they did work and function. The laundry room is quite small and it would be nice if the washer/dryer were turned the other direction for easier access, but hey, it's a condo, not a full size house and I am not complaining. I would rent this unit again and enjoyed my stay there. |

| Thank you once again for the use of your Condo. We have used this condo for 3 years now and really enjoy the location. We recommend it to families that like an out of the way quiet family rest spot that has all a family needs for an restful,relaxing vacation... with an nice condo and a beautiful pool area that is well maintained and watched over. | The Condo was nice as it was before but i work recommend that you talk to the cleaning persons ,,, the bath tubs were dirty with hair in them when we checked in. we run a facility and know some times thing get misss. we would like to recommend a check list that the cleaning person checks off and signs as she cleans each room. it helps from missing stuff like this . | A couple of hitches but no big deal: the wi-fi was not operable, an ironing board could not be located, extra paper products in the condo would of been nice, and newer electronic equipment such as TV, clock radios or stereo, TVs in bedrooms would have been nice. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much and would be interested in renting there again. Thank you for your hospitality! |
