Rustic Elegance is a newly constructed 4 bedroom home on a lovely 4 acre wooded hilltop. The front door opens to southerly panoramic view of scenic Schooner Valley. Lush wooded hills surrounding all other sides create quiet privacy. The wrap around deck provides plenty of seating for you and your guests. Enjoying the evening stars, the morning mist, grilling some steaks with your family and friends, are just some of the many outdoor pleasures you will enjoy at Rustic Elegance. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear handcrafted to form one-of-a-kind side doors . Around the porch, you will enter the front doors to see the magnificent floor-to-cathedral ceiling stone, gas log fireplace, creating a warm, country atmosphere, amid the luxurious lodge furnishings. The living room will comfortably seat you and your guests as you watch TV or snuggle up with a good book. Open to the living room, the dining room will seat eight for a good country style meal. If you prefer, sit at the bar in the kitchen and keep the cook company. In the fully equipped kitchen , truly a chef’s dream, you will find everything you need to prepare a formal dinner, or a quick snack. The Master Bedroom on the main floor features a king sized bed, walk-in closet with a front loading washer and dryer for your use, a fireplace, and cable TV. The adjoining Master Bath gives you the ultimate luxury of a 2 person whirlpool tub and a separate multi-jetted shower for two, perfect for the honeymooners, or the honeymooners at heart. The glass encased All Seasons Room, which can be accessed from the living room or the Master Bedroom, holds a 4 person hot tub. While relaxing in the hot tub , you can enjoy the wooded view, and perhaps see some wildlife. The second floor has two bedroom suites . Each suite has a King sized bed, walk-in closet, cozy quilts, and a private, roomy bathroom. The lower level provides a fourth bedroom with a King Sized bed and a large bathroom. The family Room holds plenty of entertainment possibilities with a full size pool table , pub table with lots of games, TV, VCR, and DVD. You and your guests will also find plenty of seating for visiting. Rustic Elegance is conveniently located close to Nashville, Monroe Reservoir, Brown County State Park, and Bloomington, Indiana.
