MORAN BEACH TOWNHOUSE: Walk just 2-doors and across the street to the sandy Moran Beach from this great upscale Townhouse. Moran Beach is the perfect getaway beach. It is nestled between Capitola and the Santa Cruz Harbor.Master Bedroom Deck has views of the beach. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.

Vaulted ceilings in the Great Room with Living Room, with Large Flat Screen TV w/ DVD player above the crown molding decor and Fireplace, Dining area and newly remodeled lovely, fully equipped Kitchen all joined together for easy conversations with the cook. The nice dishes in the kitchen are lit up with lights inside the cupboards. The dining area has a 4-person; elegant table (the outside table can easily be brought in to expand the dining area and there are 4-comfy bar stools at the kitchen's bar. There is also a stereo/CD player in the Living Room and it has very comfortable leather couches. There is a 1/2 bath on the ground floor.



There is a wireless DSL in the upstairs bedroom. All bedrooms are spacious and upstairs. Master Bedroom has 1-King bed with a TV and has a full bath with a double vanity sink. There is a small deck accessed from the Master Bedroom with bamboo patio furniture and it has fun views of the beach & other peeks of the ocean. The second bedroom also has 1-King bed with a small TV/DVD player and a CD player. The 3rd bedroom has 1-pyramid bunk bed with 1-Double bed on the bottom and 1-Twin bed on the top. There are also 2 other Twin beds in this room. There is a full bath with granite counters near these 2 bedrooms.



Elegantly decorated and fresh and easy access to the beach. Nice fenced-in back yard with a new hot tub as of summer of 2009, a 4-person outdoor table with an Umbrella and 2-lounge chairs and Gas BBQ. This home is also pet friendly. There is parking for 2 cars off-street. Moran Beach is also a Pet friendly beach. To the right of Moran Beach is more beach for long walks or jogging and plenty of surfing! Bring bicycles for bicycling all along East Cliff Drive and down into Capitola or to the Yacht harbor. Enjoy the hot tub after a long day on the beach. There are showers across the street from the beach and new public bathrooms.


Just a 5-minute drive to Capitola, 7-minutes to the Santa Cruz Harbor and Crows Nest Restaurant for ocean view dining and music. Also enjoy Aldos for a great Breakfast on the water. It is just 10-minutes to downtown Santa Cruz and Beach Boardwalk, and 45-minutes to Monterey & Carmel.
