Home Description: SUNSHINE BEACH COTTAGE: Sleeps 8, 2-bdrm, 1-bath. It is just a short stroll to the unique Village of Capitola and the large sandy Beach. The Cottage is charmingly furnished with light and lovely details. Enjoy the 42" flat screen TV in the Living Room with its Satellite TV reception over the mantle of the gas fireplace. There is also a wireless DSL service. There is a separate dining room next the full kitchen with a gas stove. The kitchen has a large set of dishes in a variety of rainbow colors to enjoy using. There are two bedrooms; each with Queen beds. There is also a fun little cottage in the back yard that has 2-Twin beds; in bunk style. The second little cottage in the back houses the washer and dryer and 2-bicycles.
The fenced-in back yard has two small brick patios and a grassy lawn area that is great for pets and kids to frolic in. The nicely decorated Living Room has 1-Double sleeper sofa. This is a truly cozy and pretty home. The back yard is full of flowers and nice green grass; as well as the front of the home; which has a partially fenced in yard.
The Capitola Village is an easy 7 blocks stroll, down a slight slope.And added bonus is you can look out the front yard and see that citadel of tempting goodies, Gayles Bakery as well as the Fresh Vegetable Stand. Also, it is only 2-blocks away is the new Nob Hill shopping center with many shops and restaurants.
