From the start... I spoke to the owner who referred me to Lahaina (I found hime on Craig's List). He was great and the service at Lahaina was very personable. It was "easy" to book, and no hidden fees.
The condo we rented was exactly as described. It was clean and neat and great location. What was good for us was... everything! Our vacation was quiet and peaceful and enjoyable!
My only "complaint" would be the cleaning fee. It was kind of high. I can understand WHY, but we are very neat and clean people so for us...it was just easy maintaining the condo. We left it as we found it! On the other hand, not everyone works that way. Either way...it should not go "up"!
THANKS for helping us and for creating fond memories. We hope to return again and I will definitely recommend your services.

| THE OWNER OF THIS BEAUTIFUL UNIT REALLY DID A FINE JOB IN MAKING SURE EVERY DETAIL WAS COVERED. THE KITCHEN WAS FULLY EQUIPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED FOR YOUR STAY. FROM SPICES, SUGAR AND FOOD WRAP TO EVERY APPLIANCE, FROM AN EXPRESSO MACHINE AND GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL. THE LINENS WERE QUALITY AND THE DECORATIVE ELEMENTS WERE EXTRA SPECIAL. IT WAS A TREAT TO WATCH THE MANATEES PLAYING, FISH JUMPING AND WATER BIRDS FROM THE PORCH. ENJOYED RENTING FREE DVD'S FROM THE RENTAL OFFICE.WE WOULD DEFINITELY ENJOY GOING BACK SOME TIME. |

| This apartment is located just 3 blocks from the ocean and right on the bay. It has been completely remodeled and has a very homey touch! The Lahaina team is always there to help in any way or simply answer your questions. The pool is magnificent! Fort Myers Beach is actually right on Estero Island, just a short drive down the main road, about 5 minutes during low season. The main downtown area offers many shops, open-air dining/bars, which most everyone has live music. The apartment is nicely situated in a quieter area so that you can relax and when you want to liven it up a bit.....you just drive a short distance and find a hot spot to do a happy dance! |

| Our 2 week stay with Bay Village was everything we could ask for. Our condo was very nicely decorated and the the facilities at Bay Village were excellent. Lahaina people were great and made everything go so smoothly. This was our first vacation to Florida and we picked the right place with Ft. Myers Beach. We will be back again. |

| Spent the whole month of May here for the second year running. It is set in a very peaceful complex with terrific views of the back bay to the rear and a beautiful lake at the front full of wildlife. Its only five minutes walk from the beach which is just about OK even in the heat of the day carrying beach chairs !! Very nice, fairly spacious accomodation with plenty of utensiles, towels etc and very pleasing view from the lanai. You will need your own beach gear (chairs, umbrella) as there is none provided. The location is excellent as it is located very centrally on the Estero strip, equal distance from the 2 island exits at Fort Myers beach and Bonita Springs. You do really need a car though to take full advantage as there are limited shops / restaurants within walking distance and the island trolley bus is not that regular. Lots to do though if you don't mind driving - shopping malls/restaurants/ golf courses/beaches are plentiful in the area. We will be back |
