This year's decision to pass on a week's cruise to spend 4 weeks in Florida was spot on. We (my husband, sister and I) arrived in Ft Myers Beach late Sauturday afternoon when Lahaina Island Accommodations(LIA) was closed. NOT A PROBLEM. As instructed by LIA, we accessed their lockbox and everything we needed to access our Bella Largo condo was in an envelope. There are 3 bedrooms in this condo. One of the two guest bedrooms includes a room/w bath that can be closed off from the rest of the condo for privacy which my sister found very accomodating. We were told the owners of the condo did the decorating. We all agreed to give them an A+. The kitchen was wonderful. If you have to cook on vacation, this is the kitchen you want. Appliances were all GE Profile. To keep this review honest, there was one piece of furniture that did not work for our old bones and that was the couch...very little support and difficult to get out of. We all raced to get the double wide chair. And no matter where you travel, laudry is always part of the agenda. Bella Largo 324 has the most accomodating laundry room I have ever used away from home.

Across the street from our condo is an access to the beautiful beach (gulf side). A PUBLIX grocery store is only 2 1/2 miles away. I mention this because my sister and I walked it every day...not to shop, just to walk! (We took the car when grocery shopping.) We visited friends, toured Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captivia, took a day cruise to Key West, observed the manatees, attended a dinner theater, movies, and a couple times shared the condo with other family members, etc.

There are so many more places to visit and things to do in and around Ft Myers Beach, that we have already booked Bella Largo 324 for January 2010.

Bella Lago #324 is an excellent vacation condo. It is tastefully
decorated with an African theme. The unit is spacious and nicely
furnished including almost anything you will need for your stay
especially in the kitchen area. Our two dogs had plenty of room to
run around and the lanai area was perfect for them to watch the
goings-on at the pool. We also enjoyed the lanai as on nice days
you could eat out there at the large table, which the owners
provide.
The condo complex is in a quiet area of Ft. Myers Beach and it is
conveniently located to shop at Santini Plaza; play golf within
walking distance; or play tennis on private courts. You have your
own access to the beach across the street where in the evening,
you can watch some fantastic sunsets. If you prefer a drink in your
hand to watch the sunset, then Pincher's Crab Shack and the
Outrigger are nearby.
There are also some fine restaurants within walking distance like
"South Beach" and "Charley's Boat House". Within a short driving
distance at the north end of Ft. Myers Beach is Parrot Key Caribbean
Restaurant on San Carlos Island. Going south, you have Bonita
Springs with two fine restaurants, "Wylds Cafe" and "Crust Bistro."
You can view a small lake from the lanai where you can watch
several water birds such as herons, anhingas, ospreys, and even a
passing eagle. What more could you ask from a vacation condo! More...

This condo was fantastic. It was beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. There were 4 adults and two small children staying in the condo and we were not cramped in the least. We would definitely stay there again. More...

This was our 4th year to vacation in Ft. Myers Beach and our 1st time to use a property with Lahaina. We will definitely use Lahaina again. We booked a unit in Bella Lago for 9 days and 8 nights.

The Bella Lago property was wonderful. Extremely clean, well appointed, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very conveniently located.

The unit was beautifully furnished and very roomy. The 5 of us had more than enough room to spread out and find a bit of privacy when desired as well as ample space when we wanted to spend time together.

It was nice to be able to cook a meal in if we chose. Everything we needed for cooking meals was available. The kitchen was totally outfitted and in great condition.

The screened balcony over looked the swimming pool and we enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets while sitting outside. We made good use of the pool,spa, as well as the gym. The grills that were available were also a great touch. We enjoyed a couple of meals prepared on the grills.

Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a really nice plus. Though no one really wants to do laundry while on vacation, it was really nice to be able to wash up the beach towels and have them fresh and ready for the next day.

Having internet access was a great plus for our daughter who needed to complete assignments for her online college course. We also enjoyed being able to monitor email daily.

As you can see everything one could possibly need to enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation was right there in this Bella Lago property. we looking forward to returning next May for our annual vacation in Ft. Myers Beach.
