| Great condo. Beautiful view and beach. Quiet end of the island which is nice and easy to get to the north end shops and activities. Loved the grilling area. 3 keys would be helpful if you have 6 people staying in the condo. |

Great Vacation |

We found the rental apt. very good in all aspects. It was an excellent location to see sunrise and sunsets. Lots of beaches to walk on. The only thing that was hard was that our Canadian dollar has gone down for us so cost a lot more than we had anticipated in the spring. In that light we have to wait and see what our curriences do in the next few months before renting for next year.

| Outstanding in every aspect: views of the Gulf, the large lanai, the two bed-two bath unit, the relaxing pool, proximity to Bonita and Fort Myers. Have been visiting since 2001 and will continue. Such a relaxing atmosphere. |

this was a very nice condo, the only draw back was no tv in the small bedroom. we traveled with another couple, so that made it a little difficult, but in no way will it stop us from coming back.
Just a wonderful location, and the condo is very well supplied. Can't wait to return. |

Carlos Pointe is a quiet, peaceful area with a beautiful big beach. Condo 211 was clean, comfortable and my family felt right at home. We loved sitting out in the screened in patio and watching the sunset. I would highly recommend Carlos Pointe 211.

Our family just spent a wonderful week at Carlos Pointe. We were all sad to leave. The unit directly overlooks the Gulf and Lovers Key. The water is gentle and perfect for young children and older adults. You don't have to worry about the waves knocking people over! We saw dolphins from the screened in balcony! The breeze from the balcony was heavenly because it is a corner unit. There were beach toys for the kids (and we left all the ones we sent for incoming families to enjoy) and beach chairs.
The unit was IMMACULATE...which was so wonderful! Everything was clean, even underneath cupboards, etc. It felt so homey and comfortable and it was decorated in a clean white, tasteful decor. The neighbors were respectful and quiet, but friendly. We noticed the difference when we dined closer to Times Square and heard some rowdy partiers hooting and hollering from nearby hotels. Spring Break goes on down there all year long, it sounds like, but at Carlos Pointe it is relaxing! You can enjoy yourselves at Times Square and then leave all the noise behind!
We especially loved that the beach was never crowded. That made it really nice...it was almost like having your own private beach! One word of warning...those mosquitoes/no seeums/whatever did a real number on my legs!!! Buy some SkinSoSoft from Avon and spray it before you even get out of the car! It's really just the evening and early morning when they're bad, but be prepared.
We've already booked next year's vacation at these condos so that ought to be a testament to how much everyone enjoyed themselves! If you go, have a great time and tell Barb from Lahaina the Shoemakers said "Hello". |
