| Looking out at the beach and gulf from the lanai, or looking out the front door at the bay, the view is spectacular from either side of the unit. Nice, comfortable unit with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely ask for this unit if staying at Carlos Pointe again. |

We loved the beach which was kind of an inlet off the ocean. There were not a lot of people arouond which was good. It was a beautiful beach and we took several evening walks. The kids love the pool and were in it everyday. The condo looked great. We had everything we needed. The furniture was very nice. We had all the things we needed to stay in and eat as well (dishes, pots, pans, silver ware). We also appreciated the washer and dryer. We received great service and rented DVD's as well. I particularly enjoyed the location which was a ways from Times Square where all the people were; but not too far that we could get there quickly when we wanted to shop.
The thing I liked best was the beauty all around the beach and the uncrowdedness. The thing I wished you had were the rental chairs with the unbrellas. That's what I liked leased. We've always enjoyed rental chairs with the umbrellas so that we could enjoy the ocean without always being in the sun. |

| The view from the screened in lenai is amazing! Great spot to have your morning coffee or meals. Large beach front with beautiful white sand as well as a pool. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and the kitchen seemed newly renovated. TVs are located in each bedroom and the living room. Some beach equipment is available as well. I would recommend this unit. Although don't forget to buy extra toilet paper and salt and pepper if you intend to cook. |

| All should enjoy the peace and quiet at Carlos Point along with the white sand, ocean, and pool. Be careful not to miss the dolphin, manta ray's, sand dollars, and various shells. I don't think the Guinta family (08)had a better time than we did. |

| Clean and cheerful unit. Well equipped (kitchen necessities and internet hook-up, for example. Loved breakfast on the balcony every day. Great pool and outstanding beach. Friendly. |

Perfect, quiet location @ Ft Myers Beachh |

We all had an awesome vacation this April 2008 at Ft. Myers Beach. This rental was perfect because it was clean, comfortable, quiet and a few steps away from white, beautiful sandy beachfront. The pool was clean and welcoming. Sanibel Island is only about a 15 minute drive away and there is plenty of shopping to do, among other fun things.
The things that make us want to come back to this rental are the way the property was kept in such a nice, well organized manner. The key pick-up and drop-off were so very easy and everyone at Lahaina were very pleasant to deal with! We loved being able to cook our own meals when the mood hit us and the washer/dryer in the kitchen made doing laundry a breeze.
The only recommendation we have to make is to bring plenty of sunscreen because that southwest Florida sun is HOT!!! Enjoy! |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect and the beach provided us with hours of entertainment. This property is not very close to any conveniences, but that also keeps down the noise and traffic. We would definitely stay there again. |

We Love Staying at Carlos Pointe.The Condo is Awesome & Very Accomodating.We Feel like were at Home when we are there.Very Clean & Nicely decorated.We have stayed in this unit before and hope to again when we return.The staff at Lahaina are Very Friendly & Helpful.
