Well stocked and amazing location |

Our family (two adults and one toddler) stayed at Gateway villa 796 for a week in November 2009 and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, being right on the beach (with an amazing view of the beach and water from our huge screen enclosed patio) and only a short walk from the main town square.
We were very impressed by the condo and what it had to offer. It was very spacious and well furnished, meeting all our needs. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking (pots/pans, etc.) so that we were not wanting for anything during the week.
The building itself had ample parking, and the heated pool was a treat for my son who gets cold swimming very easily.
We would definitely return to this location and found the value for money very good. |

We love coming down and visiting Ft. Myers Beach, and our many friends that vacation or do the "snowbird" thing in the area.
The accomodations are always very nice, and we love the condo "layout" and the close proximity to all the restaurants and bars is very nice also.
The Lahaina folks are always cordial and nice and very helpful. We will continue coming to the beach, whenever we can, and hope to be dealing thru Lahaina also.

| We enjoyed our visit very much. The condo was everything we expected. The 'well equipped' kitchen was a pleasant surprise since we don't like to eat out every day. While we were there the condo association had their yearly meeting and invited all the condo renters to join them in a pot luck lunch. It was nice to meet all our 'temporary' neighbors. |

This was are first time at Fort Myers Beach and we really enjoyed the area. We very much liked the Condo, walking distance to Time Square, liked haveing a washer/dryer in the condo. The condo was a good size for two adults.
If we return to Fort Myers Beach we would really think about renting it again. Location, Location. |

My family and I had a fab time.
We have been coming to Florida, particularly, to the Fort Myers area for some time now. This is the first time we've stayed at No. 796 Gateway Villa and it certainly won't be our last time. It was the best accomadation we'd ever stopped in.
Very Clean, nicely decorated, great facilities, fantastic oversized balcony over looking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can watch the dolphins and fabulous sunsets. Very friendly people in the complex.

We had a great time at Gateway Villa 796. We were very pleased when we arrived with the location and especially the condo. It was just perfect. The view was breathtaking.
When we first decided to go to Ft. Myers Beach we were unsure of where to stay. We looked at several different places but when we saw this one we didn't need to look any further.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone and we look forward to coming back to stay at Gateway Villa 796 again. |

| the condo is very nice. Nicely decorated with all the accomodation you would need for a vacation stay. We liked the location with it being very close to the beach and downtown Ft. Myers beach. We had a great time. We plan on returning again and again. This was our second time at this condo. |
