| As 1st time renters we really didn't know what to expect. When we arrived at the house, we knew the minute we walked in the front door we would not regret our decision on picking this house. With a market down the street, the beach across the road, the numerous restaurants, shops and family close by we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you making this available. We will certainly look to stay here again. |

| Overall, the experience was wonderful. The house is well kept, and beautifully decorated. The access to all the attractions, beach, souveniers, restaurants and bars, not to mention fishing, is excellent. The only negative that we had was the air conditioning not working the first half of the first day, and the grill not being operable, but, we managed. |

Ten, 65 year old ladies, who've known each other since kindergarten. We
came from a small town in Indiana. We get together every year, since
high school. This house was perfect for us, although a few of us had
problems with the stairs. (never get old) The kitchen was wonderful,
had to draw lots to see who would get to cook the next meal. All the
tv,s worked but had no DVD options which we were sad, since we family
DVD's we wanted to share. We had some issues with the pull out sofa's
but were resolved easily. We would come back next year, but we go to a
different city each year. Thanks for Everything. |

This house is so close to the beach and times square, it was perfect for our teens they could come and go on their own. The house is beautiful and roomy, kind of a strange layout to the rooms, but it worked. Pool was glorious. Had an issue with the TV in the family room, never getting reception and the rental co. never did come and address it, luckily, who had time to watch TV !!
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Email me for more details. Ft Myers Beach was high school-teen heaven! |

| What a WONDERFUL vacation rental. EVERYTHING you could ever need is at your fingertips. Grilling tools, baking needs, pool toys, the works. Our kids used the pool for hours every day. It was nice in that it had a shallower side and a deep side. Perfect for younger children. We could walk to a coffee shop and ice cream shop as well as a wonderful fishing pier. The beach was a two minute walk. This house is set up so there are two bedrooms and a master in the back. The master has the only staircase access to the pool and basement. PERFECT for younger kids and allowed my husband and I time to watch movies or sit outside after the kids were asleep. would highly recommmend this property! |

| This house was the perfect location for some rest and relaxation after spending a fun-filled week in Orlando. We were so tired and wanted to rest before heading back to reality. We were with another family for a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house had everything we needed, was spacious, and very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved having our own pool to use during the heat of the day, and walking on the beach as it began to cool. It was the best of both worlds. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again. |

| I highly recommend this place to any family that is looking to vacation on Ft. Myers Beach. Although I do not live far from FTM Beach we had family come from NY and we were able to all stay together in one house. The house is within walking distance to everything, restaurants, beach shops, and of course the sandy beach. The house on the inside is beautifully remodeled. It really felt like your home away from home. It was also great to have your own private pool to go back to and relax after a long day on the beach. It was overall a great vacation and I would definitely rent it again. |

| Our family was very comfortable in this house. There were six adults and two children ages seven and 19 months. It was great having our own pool. The location was ideal with just a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We were there on July 4. The front porch was the perfect place to watch fireworks. I would definitely recommend this house. |

This was a wonderful house for the week. It's location was key-- a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the downtown/square area.
The house was wonderful. There were 7 of us in all who rented it together (3 children and 4 adults). There were enough bathrooms, TV's, general living spaces to accommodate everyone's wants at any certain time.
The pool was marvelous! We spent every day swimming and relaxing! In the lower level, the shower was key for afternoons that we did venture down to the beach to have a quick rinse before jumping in the pool. At lunch, we would eat outside at the table and chairs provided for us. We mananged to squeak in a few nights of BBQ at the grill, as well.
Everything that we possible needed was provided for us-- towels (we do recommend bringing your own beach towels), sheets, kitchen supplies, etc. There were even some sand toys for the kids to use at the beach.
We definitely recommend this house to anyone. There was plenty of room for all of us, we were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay her again if the chance arises! |

| We had an amazing time at this property. A perfect home for a week-long family reunion (4 adults an 5 kids). The family room and pool were ideal when taking a break from the sand and sun. The kids had a blast and the adults were completely satisfied with all the property had to offer. We came away with many wonderful memories. |

AWESOME LOCATION |

If you are looking for a laid back vacation where you can do what you
want, when you want, this place is for you. It is located right near all
the night life and beach. The pool was great to come back to after a
full day on the beautiful sugar sand beach. We would hang out in the
pool area while everyone got ready for dinner or going out. The night
life was about a quarter mile away, easily within walking distance but
you never heard any of the noise from downtown.
The kids loved being able to roam around the peer and the shops
without us parents around.
The house was terrific. It came with everything that we needed and
then some. We will definitely rent it again.
If you go here, on Sunday's down at the local motorcycle gathering
place, they have terrific Bloody Mary's for $1.00. Nice place and nice
people. |
