This bright and cheerful condo has wonderful views of the ocean and beach. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the major appliances. A washer and dryer is located in the hallaway closet. There are two TVs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. There is assigned parking directly underneath the building. You will be close to many local attractions, including the North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Historial Site. The Southport Ferry is only minutes away. This IS the place for a great beach vacation. Bedroom # 1 has One Queen bed, there is a Sofa Bed in the living area and One Twin Rollaway in the closet. Sleeps up to 5 people. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING
