We just spent a week at the Paradise on Third House and had a nice time. This is
the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel -- and it was great. The house was close to the beach, within a 5-7 minute walk and also close to several shops, bars and restaurants.
The traffic on Fort Myers Beach Estero Blvd. is horrible, so having to drive up it then down back to get keys was a real pain considering that was the last leg of our trip and no one was in the mood to wait in traffic for hours. Would be nice if the office was right off the main bridge to accomodate everyone.
The house did not have a diswasher nor a garbage disposal, which was not fun considering we had to hand wash everything which we don't do while at home, so it kind of dampened the vacation a bit. Also, the bathrooms are small with no tubs, just showers. This is not the ideal place for children as a result.
Beach towels would have been nice considering we had to pack our own adding to our luggage considerably.
We spent a lot of time in the pool which was great for our toddlers as it has a large step that they could stand on and play. The BBQ was also very handy as we grilled various seafood all week!
Next time with kids along, we will seek to stay much further down the beach to ensure peace and quiet. One night LATE their was an insanely loud party across the canal that kept the kids and everyone awake all night. It was over the top loud and we really did consider calling police. Lesson learned for sure! |

| We had rented the two houses next t each other and had a small family union. Family in Ft. Myers and Ft. Lauderdale were able to come and join us. There is all kinds of things to do in walking distance, that what we all liked the most. Yes, we would go back. |

| Myself and my 2 children (ages 17 and 21) very much enjoyed our stay in Fort Myers Beach, the area is fun, and campy. Lots of great eateries,and beach is great. The property itself was a short walk to the "main drag" and beach. The condo was stocked with every thing we needed and the grounds were like staying at your own private mini resort.... Margaret |

| This delightful home provided an excellent experience. Back yard give excellent privacy and relaxation. Only a few blocks from the beach, shops and resturants. Excellent location away from traffic and beach bar noise. Excellent accomodation and well furnished. |

Hi, just a short note to anyone who is either wanting to rent this property or use Lahaina Island Accommodations as a rental agent.
The pre holiday service was unrivalled - every question was researched and answered with smiles and nothing was a problem. All the girls at the offices were helpful, friendly and more than happy to hear from us which created trust with us as a holidaying family.
The accommodation they recommended was superb with absolutely no faults. Everything was clean, comfortable and tidy and everything we needed and more was available for us. It really was paradise on 3rd! Lovely evenings sat around the private dock, nice food on the BBQ and of course wine! It was great for all our family and everyone of us said we'd go back again.

| This is a great vacation home and the location is EXCELLENT! The home is well equipped with everything you need and want. The pool gives it the extra touch for those really hot days and nights. This was a great place and hope to visit again next year!! |
