Loved the location so close to the beach. Condo was clean, well-appointed, and well-decorated, although small.
Disappointments:
No covered parking
No washer/dryer in condo |

| We had a marvelous week at Seaside 103. The accommodations were more than sufficient for our needs & the view from our balcony was heavenly. We saw dolphin swimming in the Gulf as well as stingrays. Our favorite pastime was walking up & down the beach collecting seashells, each one more lovely than the last. The publix grocery store across the street made meal planning extremly convenient and the gas grills on the property were great to use for the burgers & hot dogs. This was our second year at Seaside but certainly won't be our last. |

My family enjoyed the condo. Everything was clean and nice. The only problem we had was the air conditioning stopped working 1 day, and when we called, they told us we would have to pay to have it fixed.

| The place was very nice. Everything very clean. The whole building was very well maintained. Nice location. Private yet just a few minutes from "times square". The view was beautiful. I loved the lounge chairs by the palm trees right in front of the beach. No complaints only good memories. |

| loved the unit. It was lovely and very very clean. We spent many hours on the lanai watching the beach walkers and the view. Only unpleasant thing was condo renters seemed to reserve the beach chairs for themselves for the whole day by draping towels over them at about 6:00 am. therefore leaving no seating for the rest of us. I think they should stop that so we could all enjoy sitting on the beach. The location was perfect for getting to anything you wished. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay. Would do it again. First of all, we would consider staying there again as a second choice. The issues were: bedroom closest to street, carpet was dirty. LR furniture needs cleaned and it wasn't comfortable at all. The flatware drawer in kitchen, the bottom almost fell out. Bathrooms are VERY small, didn't like that at all. The front screen door is too heavy. The laundry area needs times posted on the door. Signs need to posted also saying don't leave your clothes in washer/dryer all day. I took clothes out so I could use!

| We had the most wonderful week at Seaside 103. The weather was great which helped a lot. But the condo is just what we hoped it would be. Plenty of room and efficiently equipped. We had everything we needed, and more. The location on the beach is perfect. What a view! Dolphins swimming by regularly, unbelievable sunsets, quiet, but not too quiet. The Publix across the street came in handy, too. The island tram was very useful. It stops right at our door. We can't wait to return. The staff at Lahaina was great to work with and very welcoming. We highly recommend this property. |

I brought my wife son and dautherinlaw
and stayed in the beachside condo 103
my so said it was the best vacation he has ever has taken. Vicki the lady that checked us was the nicest lady she stayed after closing to show us the condo
the condo was well kept nice and clean I would recomend it to every. |

THIS WAS A BEAUTIFUL OCEAN FRONT CONDO. IT WAS PARADISE FROM START TO FINISH, AND DEFINENTLY WAS A GREAT HOME AWAY FROM OUR HOME. THE SOUND OF THE WAVES CRASHING AT NIGHT REALLY MADE THE WHOLE TRIP MORE WORTH WHILE BECAUSE WE COULD SLEEP PEACEFUL THE WHOLE NIGHT LONG. WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR STAY AND HAD LOTS OF FUN, PARASAILING, SWIMMING, SEEING THE ALLIGATORS, TAKING A TROLLEY RIDE AND SO MUCH MORE.
THE ONLY ONE THING I WOULD SAY IS THAT I WISH I KNEW ABOUT THE SAND FLIES BEFORE I CAME THIS TIME. WE WENT MINATURE GOFLING AT NIGHT AND I JUST GOT ATTACKED BY THOSE NASTY THINGS!!!! UGG!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE!! AND ALSO THE INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE IN THE CONDO #103 SEASIDE. THAT WAS KIND OF A BUMMER SINCE WE HAD OUR LAPTOP WITH US TO USE THE INTERNET.
