Great house, with good space, lovely view of ocean , peaceful , perfect family rental. Small disapointment in pool not having heater, due to cooler weather and often that time of year so far north in Fl. is cooler, would have kept kids busier. Probaly the surprise of "5th" bedroom actually being out side and down steps from main house was most disapointing. Management fine but would have liked a few extra towels especially for kitchen. Would recommend, but shuold be more up front about the "hidden" bedroom. More...

We had a great time during our stay at Beach Dreamer! This was our first family vacation in Cape San Blas, but it won't be our last! We loved the fact that the beach wasn't crowded and we didn't have to worry about our grandchildren getting sand on someone else. The house was awesome! At night, we would sit out on the screened in porch for hours. Having our own pool was also great for the little ones. I would recommend this house and Cape San Blas to anyone! We went with 2 other couples and all our kids. We had absolute wonderful time. Enjoyed the pool and the extreme close vicinity to the ocean. The house was great. Just a bit mislead about the 5th bedroom and no direct access from it to the house but we worked everything out. We would strongly recommend this house to other friends. The free golf was great, should have taken more advantage of it than I did. Kids loved the free dvd rentals. Cone Heads has the best ice-cream, and pretty good pizza too. More...

Was very surprised with the amount of space this house had. Spacious bedrooms/bathrooms - plenty of room for all 10 of us and 3 dogs.
Outstandingly clean and well maintained. Had the beach mostly all to ourselves the entire week - had bonfires/fireworks on the beach at night....and the "furr babies" loved their 1st trip to see the ocean! Had a slight washer problem, called office after hrs. Problem resolved before noon the next day.
Loved the fenced in yard w/pool for the dogs. The views from all of the rooms/balconies were fantastic.
NOTE: Would recommend king size beds in all bedrooms except "the bunk room". Perhaps a larger tv in downstairs master....
All in all: hats off to Daryl for her wonderful house - would highly recommend this house for all.
P.S. I miss The Trading Post (store) W/I walking distance - they have EVERYTHING!
