My husband, and our two sons (ages 12 + 9) spent 10 days in Windsor Hills in May 2006, and Windsor Palms in May 2005. We booked a 3 bedroom townhome through Villa Direct both times and received excellent service. Our townhome had a plunge pool which we loved. There were no surprises and I mean that in a very good way. The home was excactly as described on the website and looked exactly as it appeared in the pictures on the Villa Direct site as well. The facility pool is absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful slide that our boys thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was immaculately kept, our townhome, the pool and the grounds. We were only 5 minutes away to all the restaurants and grocery store. Our townhouse was a 10 minute drive to Disney's parks which was amazing. We loved having our own little house and I loved being able to do the laundry in the townhouse and return home with our suitcases packed with "CLEAN CLOTHES!". What a treat to a mom!

I had read numerous reviews on tripadvisor prior to booking through Villa Direct and I feel that the entire experience was convenient and courteous. I have recommended Windsor Hills and Villa Direct to friends who have since also booked and stayed in Windsor Hills and booked through Villa Direct and they too had an amazing holiday.

Our family has been spoiled by staying in Windsor Hills and we would never ever stay in a hotel room again because nothing can compare with having your own home and separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We also loved being able to have our breakfast at home and we packed our lunches to take to the parks with us. This saved us a lot of money as the food in the parks is very expensive and nothing special. We were then able to enjoy our evening meal in the local restaurants or just take home a pizza if we were too tired after doing one of the parks all day. Overall it is the very best holiday experience one could possibly enjoy. We are returning to Windsor Hills in March 2010! |

| Mickey's Manor was a very comfortable, spacious home away from home! It was the icing on the cake to a long awaited family vacation. We traveled with another family and the children. Staying in an actual home was more relaxing than trying to squeeze in a hotel room. We loved the pool and being able to lounge and play after a long, hot day at the park. I especially liked the way the Master/larger bedrooms were separated away from the smaller children rooms. Checking in was easy and the people at the office were very friendly. The home is in a gated community, which is a definite peace of mind. It's located pretty close to the Disney area, which is nice when having to drive home exhausted from the parks! I was genuinely pleased with the home and don't have anything bad to say! I would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to family or friends traveling to the area. |

We had difficulty turning on the dishwasher. Sometimes it did not run.
We were not aware that the home did not have free long distance like the last three properties we have rented from you. Had to go out and buy a long distance phone card to make calls home.
House is beautiful and plenty of space. |

We are pleased that the property offered you so much space and that you found it beautiful. We are sorry that you had a problem with the dishwasher.
We must also apologize that you weren't made aware that the home did not have the FREECALL service any more. Basically when an owner chooses to install a high speed internet line and bundled telecom and TV service, they disable our FREECALL service. The owner is meant to provide free local and long distance calls still as a part of their bundle. VillaDirect changes the description and the amenities list for the property to signify that this has been changed. It may be that the change took place before you booked or between your booking and the time when you arrived. Once again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope that it did not spoil your vacation.

| We had a great time at Mickey's Manor, plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. The older kids especially loved the pool and the games room. The home was clean and had everything we needed. This was our second stay in Windor Hills, and we love this area. The community playground and pool at excellent and the proximity to Disney is great. Would highly recommend a stay here! |

| We chose to have no housekeeping come in during our visit. We loved the fact that we were in a gated community, had all the ammenities in Mickey's Manor like full kitchen, laundry, our own swimming pool and lots of room. We really liked that there were onsuites with all the bedrooms. The location was great. We could get where we wanted to go quite quickly. There was also grocery stores nearby for our convenience. We found that we should have booked for a longer time, so we could have enjoyed what amenities the gated community we were in had. We also would have liked to relax more at the home and used the pool area more. I guess we will have to come back again!! |

| This home was immaculately clean and was as convenient as staying in a Disney resort. There was plenty of room and the pool was wonderful. It was so nice to have a pool all to ourselves. We saved tons of money by cooking our meals in the fully equipped kitchen and the game room was nice too. It was so nice to play at the parks all day, come home to a nice relaxing swim or a dip in the spa and then collapse into the big overstuffed leather sofa with a bag of popcorn and a good movie on the huge TV. Of course, it had to be a Disney movie. Time flew by so fast that we all wished we could have stayed another week. I highly recommend this home and I would definitely rent again myself. |

This was our second time renting Mickey's Manor. We love this house, the location and the community. We could be in Disney in a matter of 10 minutes, door to door. The kids loved having their own personal pool and spa after a long day in the parks. You will most likely want to get the pool heat extra if you vacation in November or December. Having a kitchen and all the equipment really saves on eating out.
All you need to bring is your clothing and your toothbrush. We look forward to staying here again in November of 2010.House has always been clean and well kept. |

| Mickey's Manor was a gorgeous and spacious home that allowed our family a fully-functional home base while we toured Orlando and area. Each child has his/her own bedroom and bathroom, we were able to cook our own meals (thereby cutting down on meal costs), and laundy facilities were available in the garage. The best part of this home was the private pool, and we took advantage of it whenever we had downtime. The house and yard were meticulously maintained, and it was located in a gated area that was close to all amenities. We will definitely be back! |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was literally minutes from the Disney parks. We went with another family and all of us comfortably fit into the 4 bedrooms. Our kids LOVED the pool-I think it rivaled the parks in some ways! We loved the convenience of coming home from the park, making our own dinner in the big kitchen, and hanging out in the pool in the evening. What a great time we had. My husband said that Mickey's Manor really made our vacation even better. We're looking forward to coming back!! |

| This house was better than I expected. I had spoke to other that had rented homes though FlipKey and they loved as well. I was nervous to rent a home over the internet, but there was no problem at all! I would return again, and rent from FlipKey. After returning from walking many miles at Disney parks it was nice to relax by the pool with a cool beverage. This was the second time to Disney and I would never ever think of staying at a hotel again! |
