| We absolutely loved staying at the Royal Floridian!! We live in Washington (state) and this was our first trip to Florida. I researched MANY homes, condo's, and hotels online for months before our vacation; and compared amenities, location, and price. This was definately the PERFECT choice!! The home was beautiful and very clean. We were surprised how roomy it was for our large group. There were 4 kids ages 4-10, and 8 adults ages young to retired. The game room was perfect for the kids with a pool table, air hockey, kareoke, a t.v., and other games. The adults enjoyed it too-especially the massage chairs. The temperature of the pool was too cold when we arrived, but we called Villa Direct and they immediately sent someone out to adjust it. Quick service! After that it was great. My 4 yr old loved the Mickey & Minnie room decor and my 10 year old liked having the video games. It was great that each bedroom had televisions and DVD players. The King beds were EXTREMELY comfortable which we loved after hours at Disney! The neighborhood was friendly, and the staff at the cabana and entry gate where helpful and pleasent. We had the hospitality of a resort, with the comforts of home. The location is perfect to get to Disney World, and there are very nice golf courses within minutes. There are plenty of stores and restuarants right down the road. We all rave about the "awesome home we rented in Florida". We stayed for a week but wish we could've stayed for a lifetime!! |

| The house was fantastic for all ages. We easily had 15 people / 3 families here and everyone loved it. Plenty of room and nicely decorated....but the best feature was the many activities for the kids. A great vacation value. |

Hi there,
We stayed for 8 days. Our group included my aunt, parents, sister's family as well as my family. The house was beautiful, clean, well kept and the service was great. Not only would we recomend it, we have already booked another stay in a Villa Direct home for this coming October again!.

| We spent Thanksgiving 2007 at the Royal Floridian it was a wonderful experience. The property had everything we needed to prepare dinner for our family of 10. The game room kept the childen of all ages busy. We had the pool and jacuzzi heated and I would suggest that for any winter time vacationers it made the evening awesome. We would spend our days at the parks and evening at the property. Me I could have just stayed at the property forever it was was a great experience. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. |

| We had a wonderful time staying at the Royal Floridian. The house was beautiful and the game room was a big hit with the kids!! We could not have asked for a better location, it actually took us less time to drive back to the property than if we were busing to a Disney resort property. I have stayed on Disney property in the past but I will not again. It was great to have a place to unwind and relax at the end of a hectic day. The covered patio and pool were wonderful and gave all the family room enough to gather and talk about their day. I would highly recommend this house to anybody!! |

| My family and I wanted to get together after my sisters homegoing. Its was wonderful to have all of my brothers and sisters together it was a time for reflection. Being in this home helped us feel as if we were staying in a five star hotel but with the feel of home. Thank you Villa Direct for such a wonder at home experience. We will always use Villa Direct for all of our Florida vaction needs (including tickets to the theme parks). |
