| The welcome to Orlando was extremely welcoming by the staff of villadirect, we felt we were given excellent service. The home a a true vacation home, this was our first experience with a vacation home and we will definitely be going this route in the future. We had everything we needed in our vaction home, from cutlery to the heated pool. The best part of the home was everything, there was no complaints about the place, the free long distance telephone calling was a nice bonus. |

Nice quiet area, Good directions from Villa direct staff and all questions answered promptly.

Our friend got married in florida so 4 couples split the villa for a week instead
of getting hotels. VillaDirect was easy and great to work with. The Sanann Villa
was beautiful, huge, and super clean. Awesome pool and game room! We loved
it and would for sure use them again. |

In a word... "wow!"
We go to Florida on vacation a lot. We used to stay at hotels and this was the first time staying at a vacation rental. I'm converted! - next time we go to Florida, we are definitely going to stay at your villa. Facilities were amazing and catered for everyone in our family and I love the games room. Also, it's super having a pool and spa to ourselves - especially for relaxing after our days out the theme parks or shopping! The club house is great too - gym, large pool, tennis, volleyball.

Everything was great, The house was gorgeous, very compfortable, It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Lady I booked with was great and very helpful. I liked the fact that it was close to a lot of the attractions and the Pool was and extra bonus. My only regret was I didn't realize until I got there that the hot tub was not heated unless you had the pool heated, so I did't get to enjoy that the way I would of like to. I would go back in a minute.

| I can not say enough nice things about our stay in your home. It worked out great for us as a family! It was more than we hoped for. When we go back to Florida we plan to stay in the same house.
