Our experience with Select Real Estate was quick and courteous and The Lapka House was beautiful and roomy, it was decorated beautifully and well stocked. The deck overlooking the water is a great place to eat and relax. The canoe and paddleboat made all the kids happy.... the only thing is I wish they would clean up all the brush and weeds in the water area so the waterfront would be more accessible. Overall a great place!!!

The house was great, the weather was horrible. The only negative thing I have to say about the house is that the beds were not very comfortable, especially the double beds. The house was clean and well stocked. It did rain all week so we were not able to take advantage of the pond or the outdoor deck. The incline to the water was steep and there was not much beach area in front of the house. We had small children, 6 under 7, so if the weather had been better that could have been a problem.

It is close to all that North Conway has to offer with out being in the thick of it. It is a nice peaceful area.

My family of 4 rented this house during an extremely rainy summer in New Hampshire. Therefore, due to the rain, we spent a lot of time there. Plenty of space and a lovely place to be. My kids ask my constantly when we are going back to our house in NH.
