A305 was decorated really nice but not set up very well. First of all, the loft (upstairs) masterbedroom/bath only had a small spiral staircase to get to it. It was difficult to take items upstairs. Only had a bathtub, NO SHOWER, upstairs. The condo says for 7 but would be better situated for 4-5 instead. The dining room table only sits 4! Next, no floor rugs were in the place and sand got tracked "everywhere." The A/C was not adequate for the upstairs to stay very cool. The elevator went out for 2 days. The outdoor electric grill only cooked on "high" (t-stat not working) which you had to constantly watch what you're cooking to make sure it didn't burn. Location was great! Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Still think the upstairs needs better access and shower to make your stay comfortable. Overall, beach club had nice pools, decor and easy access to beach. With a Few improvements, I might would stay again, but not without them. Thanks... More...

Beach club has few carts easily available to unload luggage and groceries to
bring to the rooms. This unit's carpet downstairs was filthy and had not been
vacuumed prior to our stay. Would have been okay if the condo was equipped
with a vacuum but wasn't. To add to the appearance of the unit not being well
cleaned prior to our stay, we found a place mat from the kitchen table on the
floor of our upstairs balcony. The master bedroom is upstairs along with the
master bath but the master bath has no shower, which was not obvious by the
info given on the website. The upstairs bedroom also does not cool and is
much hotter than the downstairs. If you stay here be prepared to bring all
disposables like trash bags, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent as
none of this is in the condo. Luckily there is toilet paper. More...

The property was as expected, and as advertised. The property was very nice, as was the view and beach. About the only complaints I could conceive would be that I couldn't get the wireless internet to work (even entering the code), only one packet of dishwasher soap, and the tightness of the parking stall when your neighbor's there. Otherwise we had a great time.

This is a wonderful condo with fabulous views of the beach. It was an awesome place to watch the Blue Angels show. We enjoyed the pool and the very short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well presented. We did have an issue with the loft layout. The air conditioning did not manage to cool the upstairs enough; therefore, it was uncomfortable upstairs. Next time we would choose a condo on one level. Another thing that we had an issue with was the maintenance man showed up, and let himself in unannounced. We would have expected a call to let us know to expect someone. Overall great vacation
