Upstairs has waterviews from the kitchen - dining- living areas; this space is very bright and open with lots of glass, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and ceiling fans. Floors and cabinets are pickled oak which contribute to the lightness of the decor. The living room has a fireplace, slider to the second floor deck, a wet bar with small refrigerator, and TV with cable service. There is a half bath off the living space, and a breakfast bar which separates the living area from the kitchen. The waterview master bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet. An intercom system, fax machine and 1 car garage are added conveniences in this executive-style home. This is the right house for a great Vineyard vacation!
