Downstairs is a large bedroom with two double beds plus TV and a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living/dining area. TV and VCR in both living areas. Additional TV in master bedroom. Rocking chairs on the front porch and a smaller screen porch off the downstairs living area. Public beach access is across the street from the end of the driveway. This property does have a pet policy for 1 dog with additional fees. Please contact the office for details. Parking for 3 cars. Departure cleaning is included in the rental rate of this property. Rents Saturday to Saturday.
