A wonderful time, but !!!!!!!! |

This is our seconded stay at the
chestnut cabin. Third time staying at a Jackson Mountain Rental. We really love this cabin, because it is equally divided between two couples, same floor plan up and down. First time it was beautiful and a very inviting cabin. Feels very homey. This time the down stairs smelled like pet urine when you walked in from outside. Upstairs bed was full of dog hairs. I love animals, have several myself. A litlle disappointed with the cabin this time around. Love where it is located, out but not to far out. We always receive outstanding service from the company.

Had we known during your stay, we would have come out immediately and exchanged the bed linen and cleaned the carpets. | We liked Chestnut Cabin - the interior of the cabin was beautiful, enjoyed the beds, the porch and the pool table. The view was not outstanding and the Duck Pond was somewhat disappointing but overall, we really liked it. |

| This was the perfect cabin for our family and dogs! The cabin has a very warm and cozy feel. It had every thing that we needed. The location of this cabin was also perfect for going in all directions. We can not wait to visit the Chestnut Cabin again! Jackson Mountain Homes made every thing, from checking in to checking out very easy! |

We loved the Chestnut cabin for our family of four. Our boys were 10 and 13
and had a great time passing the time in the hot tub and playing pool. The
cabin was decorated perfectly and had a nice grill to use for our family
dinners. My family also put the large porch to good use every night for family
talks and reading while listening to the wildlife. The location of the cabin was
great for us because it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of
Gatlinburg, but close enough to a grocery store, the shops, and the attractions
when we wanted to go out and do something. We would definitely come back
and spend more time in the area, as well as use Jackson Mountain Homes
again! |

| Chestnut cabin was great! The layout was perfect for adults with teenagers! They could have the complete bottom floor to play pool, etc. and the adults could relax and hang out upstairs. Quiet, out of the way yet convenient location. |

| My familys experience at Chestnut Cabin was very positive. The staff of Jackson Mt Homes were extremely helpful and we will definitly use them again. The cabin was very spacious. We had everything we needed. The location of the cabin was nice because we were away from the busyness of Gatlinburg. We especially liked the swing on the porch and the pool table in the basement. One suggestion would be to have dvd players in the bedrooms. |

| We have never looked at Jackson M.Homes before. I tried the easy to navigate web site after looking at 3 other companies. The cabins were top notch as well as the girl with whom we booked our 3 day stay. This photo does not do the cabin justice but is just about the only angle available to shoot from. The cabin was spotless and very roomy. The furniture was simple but attractive.This particular location does not have the mountain views that some may want, but it is very quiet and relaxing. We have stayed in other cabins in the past that were more pricey to rent and much harder to find. This one was in the arts and crafts section of Gatlinburg , and only a short 10 minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg. We'll use Jackson again! |

Cozy...lots of room |

| Nice place for any family. This rental has 2 master suites with King beds. The beds were very comfortable. Ceiling fans in the Bedrooms. The cabin was clean inside and dirty outside. There were lots of bird droppings all over the deck/porch. Ants were everywhere outside the door. The outside should be cleaned as well. The weeds were very high around the property and need to be taken care of. May need a 4 wheel drive in the winter. This cabin is not hidden in the mountains like some places that we have stayed(very little traffic though). The hot tub is small but nice. |

| Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about your stay at Chestnut Cabin. We are glad that you enjoyed your visit. Grounds maintenance is scheduled at this cabin once every two weeks however we have had so much rain the grass tends to grow faster than we can maintain it! One of the most commented items about this property is the visiting ducks from the pond across the street, however they do tend to leave evidence behind between when the cabin is inspected and guest check in. Should you choose to stay at this cabin again and experience any problems, please let us know and we will take care of them while you are here. We look forward to your next visit! |

The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed the seluded area.
There are a few things that need to done.
The carpet in the bedrooms and game room need to be cleaned. The smell of urine was real strong expecially in the game room.
The washing machine needs to be leveled.
The porch was very dirty. One more thing the knob on the dryer was stripped when we got there.
Everyone was very nice at the office.

great vacation. My husband and I took our 16 yr old daughter and her friend, they had the downstairs bedroom with the game room and we had upstairs. Enjoyed having coffee on the front porch. easy access to gatlinburg, easy access to arts/craft area. I would recommend this cabin, very clean. Thanks for a great time.

| My husband and I spent time relaxing and enjoying our stay at The Chestnut Cabin. The accomodations are excellent and the view was wonderful. We will likely visit again in the future. I would recommend the cabin. |

| This was a great get away with the kids before they had children and it was too hard to get them all together at the same time. We all loved the seclusion at Chestnut Cabin. We live in the country and don't like to be right next door to the neighbors. We were close enough to town, so we could come back and forth as pleased. So this was perfect! The cabin was very nice and roomy for the six of us. We would love to come back again! |

| Very Nice unit. Private yet close to town about 10 min. Location gives you the back road access to Pigeon Forge which saves time. We had 2 adults and 2 children and there is plenty of space. Kids enjoyed the pool table and game table. Decorated to keep you in the mood of the mountains. Would recommend this place. |

We were running from another Huricane and needed some where to go in a hurry.
We were lucky enough to get this cabin just in time to avoid the mess.
We have been to the Smokies quite a few times and seem to never get tired of it, though this was the first time we stayed at the Chestnut Cabin.
We really enjoyed our stay and even got a free night, what a deal!
The cabin is quite nice and is only a few minuets away from Gatlinburg, the only gripe would be is that the view from the cabin is not the greatest but, it is so close to the National park that I would not let that detur me from staying their again. |
