| Great home in a very nice area on the parkway. Loved the stream that runs adjacent to the property. The rental company was very accomodating and friendly and made check in and check out a breeze. They even called the morning after we checked in to see how we were doing. The only draw back to the home is with the amenities. The flat ware, pots and pans and kitchen amenities were old and need to be replaced. It would have also been nice to have a LCD / Plasma T.V. Other than that, I would recommend the home and most likly will return |

Sparkling Waters Soothes Mind, Body and Soul! |

The moment we turned into the drive to the cabin, the soothing sounds of the
flowing stream greeted us. Not to be out done, the moment we walked into
the cabin, it was everything the pictures depicted and more! The only thing
that would have been even more ideal would be if it were the only cabin in the
area! (and as for my boyfriend, he missed being able to get MSNBC - what can
I say, we all have to make sacrifices!) As for our little dog Teddy, the cabin life
suited him just fine!!! In fact, he wasn't too thrilled the day we had to pack up
and head home. Planning our next trip already!! |

I have to say that Sparkling Waters was an awesome home to stay in. It was very clean. Everything was very organized. Even the switches were labeled. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and looking down at the stream below. My son enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. I would definitely stay here again. I have nothing to complain about.

House was great and looked like the pictures on the site. Directions were a little confusing on how to get the house but once we found it we were perfectly situated for adventures in the National Forest. House is 1/2 between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Heart tub in bathroom didnt seem to be working 100% some of the jets where out on one side. Other than that no complaints.
If you are looking for a private get away this is probably not the place for you as there are several other homes nearby. All in all though a very nice home in a nice location. We will always go with Jackson Mountain for our rentals. All of their properties have been nice. |

| This cabin was awesome. Very clean and new. Stocked with everything you need for your stay. Beautiful cabin feel on both the inside and out. Hot tub was very private at night time. Only suggestions would be add mini blinds on kitchen door and back windows. Otherwise an awesome place to stay and we look forward to staying there again in the future. I would highly recommend this cabin to any couple looking for a romantic getaway. |

Finding hope after a very intense and stressful December thru th |

| It was a very important for my husband and myself to get away from the all the stress and knowns for a few days. It has been a very stressful 2009 for us that actually began back in December of 2008. My husbands mother passed away very inxpectedly, on December 26th. This was very hard on all of us. My mother-n-law was a wonderful Christian Woman that was loved dearly by her all of her childern. From the time I met her she never treated me as a "daughternlaw" but as a daughter, she was the same with her son-n-laws. She is missed greatly. Then is Arpil we were forced to sell our home to Duke Power and move. We are still in the process of this very stressful situation. This trip was a very needed for us to have some down time and in a way regroup so we could figure out what we needed to do next. Thank you very much for that experience.The cabin was wonderful. We will return. :SOON: |

Family Vacation |

This was our first time renting a cabin anywhere. It was so enjoyable coming back to a home rather than a small hotel room. The furniture, games, and all of the other household items realy added to our overall vacation experience. We would spend the days in the mountains and Gatlinburg and come home to a host of activities including air hockey pool and my son's favorite, the hot tub.
I would certainly recommend spending a little more money for a cabin over a hotel anyday. Jackson Mountain Homes handled the reservations flawlessly and were very professional. I will book from them again in the future. |

| We really enjoyed our stay at Sparkling Waters. The cabin was beautiful, clean, well maintained and well equiped. The area was lovely and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the creek behind the cabin and sitting on the porch enjoying nature. The game room upstairs was awesome. It was one of our best vacations. |

| The cabin was absoultely beautiful. I loved the creek running right beside it. It was so relaxing. The only thing that I did not care for was how close the cabins were together. We rented this hoping that we would be in the "mountains" with "privacy", which we were, except for the fact that the cabins were as close as a neighborhood. Other than that, our stay was wonderful |

| My husband and I stayed at Sparkling Waters for five nights during April. We loved the cabin! I liked the decor and the location, especially. Our dog loved to play in the creek! We had all the comforts of home there. The only down side was that the hot tub was noisy when the blower would run (even when we weren't using it). It you're a light sleeper, this might not be a good place for you. But it didn't bother us too much and would not stop us from staying there again. Overall, great place! |

My wife, I and our 1-year old cocker spaniel stayed here last spring (2008). The place was one of a relative limited number that accepted pets. My wife was undergoing chemo, so we were looking for a relatively quiet place.
Upon arrival, we found that the cabin interior indeed matched the pictures we viewed at the Jackson Mountain Homes website. It is simple, yet well-decorated. The kitchen is small, but definitely adequate for a couple (and a dog). Overall, the cabin was clean looking - however; it was very dusty (the furniture, rugs and carpet). It needed some detailed cleaning.
There were a few cabins located nearby, but I wouldn't say they were necessarily "stacked" one on another. The closest one was maybe 30' away and the other two were about 100' away on the opposite side of a small stream. However; a suggestion would be for the management company to include an aerial, site map or something so one can get an idea of the surroundings/location.
A motorcycle "club" arrived at one of the cabins across the stream and, as these folks feel it necessary to do, they warmed-up their bikes for about 45 minutes each morning (around 7:00 a.m.) for our last two days there :) Gotta love the biker dudes!
The creek that runs behind the cabin definitely had a septic odor and discolortion, no doubt due to the sanitary leach fields servicing the cabin (and other cabins). This smell would only get worse in the summer during hotter weather. But, it was not a major factor in May.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay (all things considered). It was my first time renting a cabin, so I have no real base-line of comparison with any other cabin stays. For this one, the price was right, they accepted pets and it was a nice looking place. However; deep-cleaning is long overdue and the septic smell (outside, not inside) would be a turn-off for folks wanting to spend some time out on the deck.

| My wife and I stayed for a few days at the Sparkling Waters location. It was a very nice cabin with all the amenities. Perfect location for heading to town either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Both towns were about 10 minutes either way. It was a quiet location and quite comfortable. We felt at home immediately upon arrival. We plan on visiting again as soon as possible. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get the quiet peace of a cabin with beautiful views, fresh air and a mountain feel with the perks of home. |

| We loved the cabin, especially the creekside view and outdoor hot tub. It was perfect for a private couple getaway, though I wouldn't recommend it for more than one couple. It was a little smaller than what we expected from the pictures but still spacious enough for us. The indoor heart tub was more of a novelty than anything, we would have liked a better working jacuzzi tub but overall I would definetly recommend this cabin. |

| Excellent Home Clean, well furnished, pleasant welcoming package and friendly people. Location in the mountains was the nice quite in the mountains but close to town. We travel to the Smokey's several times a year and always look forward to our stay here. Most relaxing vacation to be had. |

We were married at a larger Jackson Mtn. home surrounded by family during the summer. We came back in the fall for a private "honeymooner" weekend. This cabin was just perfect. We loved the creek that ran behind the home with the porch just beside it.
We also enjoyed all of the extra ammenties!
This cabin would be great for a family. Although it is large enough for another couple, it only has 1 bedroom. |

Everything was extremely nice. The only things we did not really care for was the easy code to get in the house. Granted the code was two seperate numbers it ended up being on the same button. So anyone could enter by pressing the same button four times.
Another thing that kind of put a damper on things was having to drive back into Pigeon Forge and making a U-Turn to come back towards Gatlinburg. The area the cabin was in was beautiful, but the extra mileage everytime you left the cabin wasn't so nice.
I will always recommend Jackson Mountain to whom ever is going to the Smokies as all of our stays the past four years have been great. The cabins have everything you need and are always neat , clean and up to date. |

| Sparkling Waters was a great house for a weekend getaway. This was our third time in the area and the other two times we stayed in town in Gatlinburg. We wanted a more private place and Sparkling Waters was exactly what we were looking for. It was still a short drive to town but we felt pretty secluded. There were a few property's that you could see but we were not bothered by them. The house seemed new and was very nice and clean. The wall of windows in the back was great to look out of when on the second level. We enjoyed playing pool and soaking in the hot tub. It was a great weekend getaway. Jackson Mountain rentals was a great company to rent from and we will definetely rent from them again in the future. |
