| Thanks Cort, for your great service. We appreciated your help getting familiar with the area. The house was the right size, in great shape and close to many activities. It has a nice view of Cannon mountain. We also rode the tramway and found it from the observation tower. Everyone had a great time; we'll definitely call you again the next time we come to NH. |

| We rented this home for the 4 month ski season and had an unbeatable time. The location is great. The proximity to town and mountain is ideal. The view of the notch is great and proximity to trails is great. The home is charming and in good condition. The service from Franconia Notch Vacations is top rate. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental. |
