This was the third vacation we booked through Resort Realty. Everything worked out perfectly. The Duld property had everything we needed for the week. It is well kept and a nice location. We will be booking soon for next year.

The service we had was excelent,the condo was clean and well equiped,close to all the attractions,the kitchen with the counter and stools was a big hit with the kids.We will be returning to the OBX in the near future and you can count on us contacting you.the only problem we had was the tv in the master bedroom did not work,I notified the office they suggested I call the maintenence people,I didn`t My wife and I don`t watch TV at nite.All and all the stay was all we wanted and more.Except for all the pet Misquitoes. We were pleased with the condo (5733)in Diamond Shoals, the nice beach just yards from our condo, the nice restaurants, convenient shopping in the immediate area and the friendly, pleasant contacts we had with Resort Realty personnel. We own a home in Avalon, New Jersey and have rented it in summers past, so we are familiar with the summer experience from two points of view: 1) the family enjoying the pleasures of a beach vacation and 2)renting a vacation home to another family. We decided to do Nags Head this year as a wedding anniversary (55 yrs.) trip. We are glad we did, since we enjoyed it very much. The only hitch in our plans was the gridlock traffic on our way in on Saturday. We were in stop/start, bumper to bumper traffic for two hours, not an enjoyable experience. If we plan a trip in the future, we would seek a different schedule, perhaps Sun - Sun or even Mon - Mon, if such arrangements are possible. Our vacation home was emaculate, spacious, and had a close and convient location to the pool and beach.Our children were able to enjoy some freedom because of the location of the condo to the beach and pool and still have enough supervision. We enjoyed walking to a local restaurant each morning for breakfast and many long strolls on the beach after dinner. It was great to not have to jump in the car every time we needed something. The condo also provided us with enough space to give us all some quiet down time. It was a family vacation that will stay with us for many years to come.

The sevice that we received was excellent, very nice people to deal with. We really liked that this unit had an open kitchen into the dining and living area.We loved the granite counter tops. We also loved that this unit had a large screen tv. The only thing that I wished is that we could not see the ocean from our living area, we had to go out to the dune top deck. We loved that this was rigth off of the pool area. We also loved that this unit is a grond floor unit as far as getting things in and out of the vehicles, no stairs.
Over all we loved this unit, I would give this unit a 10 +++. More...
