We had an incredible vacation at the Outer Banks this summer. Guaranteed Fun was all that and more. The house was in an ideal location, close to the beach ~ with an amazing view, a hop, skip and jump to the beach, close to the grocery store (a huge bonus), a pool & hot tub and very easy to get to. The accomadations were wonderful. With enough room for our whole family, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to relax. We loved being able to all eat in the same room. Check in and out was very smooth.
We really loved the house, the owners did an amazing job of having everything there that we could've ever needed, from pots and pans to baking dishes, a large skillet great for making pancakes and french toast. They even had 2 coffee pots (perfect to make one regular and one decaf), a blender, plenty of utensils, mugs, glasses and they even had mixing bowls and storage containers. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We will definitely go again next year unless our family continues to grow and we can't fit anymore. Location was fantastic, the house was even better than pictured and advertised. The kitchen amenities were fantastic. Fully accommodated the entire family easily, something for everybody, leisurely deck time watching waves, pool time, grilling time, video games and billiards, and family time around the table. It was my third time renting a beach house and easily the best property out of all of them. The Barrs (owners) were also fantastic, providing gift cards for Harris Teeter and checking mid stay to make sure everything was going ok. More...

House was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Unobstructed view of the beach across the street. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owners even sent us a Christmas card! Would definitely stay there again!
