Quiet, relaxing two weeks in comfort and convenience. |

| Our return visit to the Michelitch/Asrael condo was as enjoyable as we expected. We have lived in this condo many times over the years. We love the location on the beach because it is close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The view is awsome. From the balcony you can watch the dolphin, fishermen, kite flying, water sportsmen, and people. The service from Resort Realty is courteous and efficient. This year we had to call for maintenance. Their response as well as completion of the repair was timely. The home is furnished comfortable, and offers everything to make a complete fun filled vacation - tv, books,puzzels, games, as well as the outside before memtioned activities. One of our best liked amenities is the elevator. Our least liked feature is small bathrooms. |

| I enjoyed this vacation stay better than any i've had at the beach. Walked out the door and you are on the beach. I could hear the ocean at night. Also, it was good for my 2 teenage boys. They could walk to the stores for shopping and to eat. My next stay there I hope to stay at the same place. Enjoyed everything about it. |

| Although the weather on the Outer Banks the week of Sept. 5-12 was terrible, the condo was very nice. That was a blessing since outdoor activities were limited to times between the storms. The owners have obviously updated the condo with the high efficiency washer/dryer, the flat screen tv, new carpets, etc. The only suggestion that I have is that they need a new vacuum cleaner. The one there is heavy and does not work well!! |

| Loved the unit. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation especially the great views - sound views as well as perfect ocean views. The furnishings are pretty and comfortable. The elevator is definitely a plus for moving in and out. The location is near restaurants and stores. Resort Realty staff was helpful and very pleasant. A very stress-free experience, which is what vacation is all about. |

| Unit was very attractive and well-equipped. The weather was extremely windy, so we were glad we could sit on our balcony and enjoy the ocean that way. Can't remember particulars or think of anything we would change. |

| This was my second time staying at this great condo. Both times we were able to watch dolphins swim and play right from our deck. Public beach access is right next to the condo, but you'd never know. (Nothing like the movie Summer Rental with John Candy.) Its quiet and always clean. The location is great... close to grocery store and the outlet mall and just about everything. I love this place and will stay again. |

| Our family has travelled quite a bit and always stayed at a hotel and then packed up and went to the beach. This location on the beach was perfect. We watched the sun rise every day from the deck, and then dolphin watched after that. The walk to the beach took 60 seconds, and the views are perfect. The location is centrally located to Outer Banks attractions. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we could ever need. We would come back and do it all over again. We hated to leave. |
